Luke is the nicest worker I have ever met at a cfa. He greeted us with enthusiasm and kindness despite the early morning. And he was so nice about the foot taking a minute longer.

There’s no reason for them to filter their drive through line to the urgent cares parking lot next door, it creates a headache for people trying to get medical attention and their parking overflows into it. It is unacceptable that they create this hazard for people in need of medical care.

I just got the worst serving size of chicken strips ever. All I typically order are 3 strips and a side salad. They are always plump warm and yummy using 2 full sauces. Not this time and didn't even finish 1 sauce. That really sucked. It must have been the bottom of the bucket. I know you can do better so be better

Oh my word, that Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich is amazing. The service is outstanding and the place is always clean. It really can't possibly be a fast food place. Way too good.
Our experience was a great experience. While we were there though, we saw a customer having not as good of an experience as we were having. The manager was patient, listened to the concern, and then went to observe what was happening so yhat they could make it right. I was impressed with the care that I saw. Well done!
They hired like 4-5 people outside to order food for u. 5 star service and food quality

We like to get the grilled nuggets. Always consistent. 1/2 sweet tea as well. I've tried the ice cream once before and still didn't like it today but it was hot out and so it served it's purpose. I love they have the AC in the play area and games on this counter to play with friends or family! They have a new trash can system which is just a tiny bit annoying if there's lots of people trying to throw their trash away at once. 😂 No biggie. Everything was nicely stocked, except I didn't see the customary hand wipes or mints they usually have everywhere. Bathroom was cleaned and stocked.

I'm a regular customer, ordering weekly, but I had an issue with my order this morning. I placed an order for the sandwich meal with fries right after the breakfast menu ended. Unfortunately, the fries seemed like they were fried the day before; they were soggy and had an unpleasant, stale oil taste, not crispy at all. Could you please pay more attention to the freshness?
