Everything is as expected but the portions seem to be getting smaller. My chik fil a sandwich the chicken wasn’t even visible outside the bun and I was hungry after eating it and fries. Given the high price I felt it wasn’t good value and I likely won’t go back frequently

Irresponsible servers i waited 40 minutes for my order everybody is telling 2 minutes but they started my order after 40 minutes when i finally fedup with my hunger it is sooo frustrating shame on the management if i had an option to give -100 rating i could have given that

Review of Chick-fil-A in Kirkland

Last night 12/12/2025, at approximately 10:27 PM, we visited the Chick-fil-A location in Kirkland (order #8336792). At that time, the restaurant was still serving customers inside — it was possible to enter the building and place a to-go order.

My son, who is 11 years old, had an urgent need to use the restroom. We asked the staff if he could use it, but we were told that the restroom was already closed. At the same time, the dining area for ordering was still open.

I politely asked several times for understanding, as this involved a child and a basic human need. I am a regular customer of this location and genuinely hoped the staff would be willing to help. Despite this, we were refused and told to go across the street to a gas station. It was late, and the situation caused significant stress and discomfort for my child.

I was deeply disappointed by the lack of compassion and flexibility shown by the staff, especially considering that Chick-fil-A presents itself as a company founded on Christian values such as care for others, compassion, and humanity. In emergency situations like this — particularly when children are involved — I would expect a more humane and considerate approach.

I hope management will review this situation and take it into account going forward.

The workers will psychologically berate you in a way that is so subtle it seems unintentional to anyone without a trained eye for these things. As someone who does not appreciate such behavior but does appreciate their food, I'm forced to give them a two star instead of one. Still probably wouldn't recommend visiting

I ordered the key chains online at 10:45pm and called the store if I need to go to the store tomorrow for pickup. They told me I can be a little bit late and just knocked the door to have my key chains. So kind and helpful!

ALWAYS FAMILY FRIENDLY! It’s such a pleasure to walk into a place that’s welcoming and especially festive in the Christmas season. Chik-fil-a is always a joy for the family on our traveling adventures and it’s so helpful for the little added touches like offering toddler step stools 😊

This place has had a broken grill now for two weeks. So, they are unable to make half the things on their menu. Also, put up a sign so people know before getting stuck in your drive through.

Let me preface this by saying that I love Chick-fil-A and have historically had nothing but glowing things to say about this location in particular. As of late, I've had several frustrating experiences which are very out of character for my friends at the Totem Lake restaurant. The two I'd call out which happened in quick succession this past week: 1. I ordered two Egg White Grills (one with extra egg white) on the app for Mobile Thru pickup before heading off to an important work meeting. I intended to drop one off to my partner before going to the office. When I got home and went to check on which sandwich had extra egg white I found that only one Egg White grill was there. The other was a Sausage and Egg sandwich. Not a huge deal as sometimes these mixups happen, and I had not verified that the correct items were in the bag before leaving the drive through lane. I don't eat pork so I couldn't consume the sausage. I contacted the restaurant and they were very apologetic indicating they would have their manager credit my account for an Egg White Grill and the extra egg white for a future order. I was satisfied with that because I understand...it happens. 2. Fast forward a few days later and I go to use the free Egg White loaded on my account. I realize there is no extra egg white indicated so at that point it was a loss but wasn't too concerned about it. I ordered two Egg White Grills on the app for Mobile Thru. It was near the end of breakfast but I still had 20 minutes before the 10:30 cutoff and the order was accepted. I made it to the restaurant and couldn't get the QR code to function so I drove up to the intercom and let them know I was there for a mobile thru but couldn't scan in. I was informed that the grill is broken and they were unable to fulfill the order. They said they would go ahead and cancel the order, and then said that they hoped I'd have a good day.. At this point I'm stuck in the line for 15 minutes, and now without the hope of having an order. Maybe it's just bad luck because the team there is so kind, but I really left that second time confused and disappointed.
