Something is off with this location. The staff is incompetent and not trained at all. Multiple issues at the register, extra charges on kids meals. Rude staff that don't know how to communicate, they simply ignore you and talk amongst themselves. I'll contact the corporate and BBB - this location is completely off.

I received a burrito that was wrapped in a soggy, saggy mess. I can’t enjoy my burrito when it’s falling apart in my hands.

Despite having quesadillas on the wall menu, they always have excuses for not being able to make one when you come in. But they will if you do a web order. Today a manager told me the machine was broken and when I told her that it is broken a lot and that I was going to call corporate to fix it and I needed a phone number and store number. Then the female GM came out and got upset that I was questioning them. Then a sweet boy spoke up and said "I can make you a quesadilla" and the GM gave him a very dirty look and told him he was not allowed to. He did it anyway for me on a different quesadilla machine, and I really hope he doesn't get fired. The GM should be let go and the young man should get a raise as he is the only reason I will ever go back. BTW, it was not busy, I was the only one ordering food.

This store has made a huge turn-around after some changes in management in the last year and a half. They've extended their hours, reduced the lines, and the experience has been much better overall. There's still some staffing/cleaning issues once it gets to night time shifts, but overall it's a huge improvement from how the store was from 2020-2023

Tiny portions. Rude staff. Got charged $12 for a kids meal because I asked for a side of sour cream and salsa. I have never been charged for sour cream or salsa. I want a refund!!! Do NOT waste your time and money here they are only trying to make a profit and do not care about their customers. Never coming back. I don’t know how I spent $30 on a bowl and a kids meal. Service is zero stars.

Disrespectful staff, Two Hispanic ladies. niya and Ena. I asked for a few FREE sides and Niya immediately came at me and was like "you need to ask for those things online." I express to her that they don't give you options for sour cream/ hot sauce on the side and she repeats herself and walks away rudely. Ena on the other hand just talks to the other employee completely unprofessionally for handing me sides that were too "full" and yells at the kid. Pay a good amount of money for a bowl of food, have some respect and speak in a Friendly tone. Don't talk to your customers/ coworkers like kids. This isn't your house lmao, it's a business.

You can get a yummy burrito for under $10. Beef for about $12. Plus tax. Add-ons like guacamole can up the price.
Reasonable prices, great food!

Parking: Lots of parking if you use the parking garage.

I buy in many chipotles. I just got bowls, quesadillas and tacos in Totem Lake. The bowls were awful. Old rice, beans without salt, meat flavorless
