I would give 0 star’s if it was possible completely unprofessional. The manager doesn’t care about anyone else’s time, but only for herself. kept me waiting for 20 minutes and when i asked again she blamed it on me insisting i was late when i arrived 3-4 minutes prior the scheduled time. i understand people can be busy but should have taken accountability and if not much apologized and rescheduled

Lots of problems recently at this location. Employers were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing, but online/app problems, low stock, unpredictable hours etc are ruining this location’s reputation and reliability.
I do deliveries here and there on the side, and I have stopped accepting orders from this location.

Side note: with all the terrible reviews as of late, why are people still going there? I get that not everyone reads these reviews, but sheesh. Maybe if customers stopped going to this location then they would closed down or be forced to get their act together. You’d think that they would at least temporarily turn off online ordering since it evidently is not working; however, a former store manager recently posted something on here about their observation that upper-Management only cares about profits, so I suppose it makes sense that they’d allow the orders to keep flowing in, even though their online system is currently broken.

2/9/26 Update: a family member treated me today. Bland “chicken” burrito was about 70% rice, 5-10% chicken, a small amount of guac, etc. Very boring. Very disappointing. Doubt I’ll be back. I get my monies’ worth more at the Taco Bell down the street.

Their Diet Coke was out and didn’t tell us ahead of time. They had no folks, and I mean no folks on the premises. They didn’t tell us that either. I bought a salad. Try eating that with a spoon. Every table was disgusting and we had to clean our own. Yes, they refunded my salad and apologized. The staff was kind. But the GM needs to learn how to order enough supplies and set the proper expectations for its staff.

This is arguably the worst chipotle in King County consistently. The product is called consistently you go and they are out of meat, products and sale to notify you consistently you go in the bathrooms are disgusting in the workers are rude. Have the product you are listed to sell or don’t be open. no reason I’m going at lunchtime for their only to be two options available

Genuinely gave some portion sizes for a toddler I finished my burrito in 8 bites absolutely pathetic but not as pathetic as my friends bowl skimming out on fajitas like it comes out of their paycheck. My sour cream was half mixed with corn cause who knows the workers here just slack off and give you mean looks when you ask for more and half the food looks like it’s been sitting here all day, the bathroom is completely out of everything( paper towels, soap and hand sanitizer) and it smells like who knows what in this damn restaurant. Like how am I supposed to throw away my trash when the workers flip the trash upside down, compared to my glorious woodnville location this place is pathetic

Went in around 6:30 pm on a Saturday after the gym. I wanted a bowl with double chicken and guacamole, but when I told the server I wanted chicken, I was told they were out. I asked how long it would be, and they said there was no chicken on the grill and it would take about 20 minutes.

I then asked if I could substitute steak at the chicken price, and they said no. Since I didn’t want to pay extra for a protein I didn’t prefer, my girlfriend and I ended up leaving without ordering anything.

Running out of chicken with none cooking during peak dinner hours is surprising, and the lack of flexibility made the experience worse. Operations and customer service could definitely use improvement.

Ordered online 3 times now and all 3 times was disappointed. I ingredient portions are always off. I dont think its is known by employees at this location how chipotle burritos are supposed to taste. 0 stars location.

There are Incredible staff memebers at this location. I was stupid enough to drop a glass coke bottle and I felt so bad. The gentlemen there were so understanding. Kept reassuring me that I had nothing to feel bad about.

The food was also fantastic. Love this location!

Went to the Chipotle in Woodinville first ( and later went to the Totem Lake one). And this review is about that experience. And writing because this place has been notorious for poor service. 3rd time in about 4 months and every time had to walk out because they did not have the grilled veggies. And there was no regret in stating they did not have it and make an attempt to get it ready. Sorry we don't have it. If you don't have it, take it off the menu. This was on Friday evening at 5:55 pm. Noting this for whoever is at Chipotle to make an attempt to fix poor performance at their locations.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to! I’ve been here a few times hoping they would have improved, but they consistently serve food that’s cold (chicken, beans, etc) , that I’ve then needed to deconstruct at home and heat up. This has often ruined my meal esp with all the things that are mushed in but not meant to be microwaved. Not sure how they are passing food safety standards, but their quality has been consistently inconsistent. I’ve never had this experience with the Woodinville Chipotle as an example, which has always been consistent!

The employee yesterday around 7pm was so incredibly rude. Clearly they were unprepared for the bogo event, but she did not have to take it out on a customer. She was hispanic and yelling at me when all i asked for was a bit more rice after I literally watched her dump rice into bowls in heaping amounts prior to me. She refused and gave me the tiniest amount of rice. Then proceeded to give every patron after me more rice. I felt like she was singling me out and racist because I am Asian. Then she started talking in Spanish to her coworkers talking trash about me thinking I dont understand Spanish.

Worst service ever!!

Good food, horrible service from the woman stationed at the register on 11/21 at 2:25pm. Her friend was standing by in a blue hoodie, both of them talking to each other in Spanish while several customers needed to be helped. I patiently waited for her to begin doing her job and check out my order, she didn't listen to me at all as I requested the lids for the food and a drink. As soon as I tapped my card she went back to talking to her friend, while I have my baby in one arm and I'm struggling to gather the items that I have paid for. She was aware that the sides of guacamole and sour cream were for me as she successfully charged me for them, but she failed to hand them to me before she turned back to her conversation with the girl in the blue hoodie. I struggled to gather everything, reaching over the counter to get what I needed. She didn't charge me for a drink, so I had to go back and deal with her again, and then I made a comment that several customers need to be served before talking to your friend in the blue hoodie, who then found the audacity to give me an eye roll.

I can see why this Chipotle has 2.7 stars. Management hires employees who negatively affect customer experience.
Only giving it 2 stars because the man who actually served my food was very kind, patient, and friendly.
