One of the most underrated bakeries. The pecan pie around the holidays is the best in the world.

First time at this Costco. Pretty much like any other Costco. I think the return area layout could be nicer/better. It's well stocked like all other costcos. Huge parking lot. Like that there's pedestrian walk way areas in this huge parking lot. I'd like to give it 3.5 but that's not an option.

Costco's gas stations are open different hours than the warehouse clubs so they deserve to be a separate business. This gas station is open 6am to 9:30pm Monday to Friday and then 7am to 7pm on weekends. On this rainy Monday morning, there was almost no wait and I was able to fill up very quickly. At peak times on weekends, you could be waiting a half hour. Is 30 minutes of your time really worth the $2 you might save on 20 gallons of fuel? Use either side! Yes, you can use the pumps with the fuel on either side regardless of where the fuel filler is on your car as they have extra long hoses that will fit over just about every car. Not my Sprinter van though! They do not have squeegees and do not sell any of the usual gas station / convenience store merchandise. This is fuel only. You do need to be a member of Costco to use the gas station. Your lower prices are sometimes more than 10c better here than at local gas stations because your annual membership is subsidizing the price. I think this is my favorite Costco location in the area. It doesn't feel much bigger than Lynnwood, but it tends to have more of what I'm looking for. From little things like the chocolate covered dried mangoes to getting the pre-made meals I'm looking for, I've had the best luck finding it in Kirkland. They also just tend to have more samples which is always fun. Important to note for non-members, the hot food is located on the outskirts, where you don't have to flash your ID to get in or order. So, cheap hot dogs and pizza for everyone.

I have been shopping at Costco since 2016 and always loved it. I don't usually return stuff so I had no idea what the return policy was (assumed was great) until yesterday I brought a rotten watermelon. I called the store and told them that what happened and that I would like to get a refund. The lady on the phone told me that I have bring the rotten watermelon in to show it to them because some people have been abusing the return policy. I was actually shocked when she asked me to bring the rotten watermelon back since clearly I already cut it open. I mean, I understand where she is coming from but really? Abusing the system with A $4 watermelon? Absolutely horrible customer experience! I hope there's a main customer service that I can report this.

I love Costco. It's a place where you can buy all your favorite things in bulk and get your steps in. We get almost all my groceries and gas here, and it's really worth it when you have the executive membership. We haven't experienced anything we need to be out of stock, and all the employees are super nice. The only downside is that lines to the register and the gas station can be long during rush hours, but they moves quickly. We recently started self-checkout, which is great when you don't have too many heavy items. Overall, this Costco location is really great!

TL,DR: The rest of the store is normal good Costco, food court is amazing.I never though I would write a review for a Costco location, but this place is great if you are here for the food court.Unlike most other Coscto locations, the Kirkland Costco has its food court in a separate area from the rest of the store (it looks like a repurposed automotive service bay, genius move). It has easily twice the number of tables than other Costco locations, and I haven't found it crowded even once. Verrry nice!

MEMBERSHIP NOT REQUIRED TO GET RX?I stopped into the Kirkland Costco pharmacy on Christmas Eve, 2022, because they were the first one to have my medication available, of which there is a nationwide shortage right now. Several other pharmacies I called did not have it. I'm pleasantly surprised that I do not need to present my Costco membership card in order to go to the pharmacy. I'm also pleasantly surprised that after several years of having not come here (a tad too far for me to make a habit of it) I found it pleasantly hassle free to get my medication. In fact, though the store was crowded with Christmas Eve shoppers, there was hardly anybody at the pharmacy. Kudos to their pharmacy staff, Fatimeh, Jake, and Devin. With my part D drug plan, my Rx would've been $45. But with GoodRX, it was about $30. Granted, not as cheap as my usual suspect pharmacy, but they didn't have it. Costco did. There is no drive up window here to get your Rx (... nobody's perfect). But my regular Rx seller does not have a drive-through either. So there! BUT MEMBERSHIP HAS IT'S PRIVELEGESYou do have to present your membership card though if you wish to shop in the rest of the store. But I left it at home. But no fear, simply go to the membership desk and they will draft you up a one day only temporary membership pass. For the first time in years, I re-upped my annual membership for $60. Rubie was very helpful at the Membership desk.YAY! THEY ACCEPT APPLEPAY!And so I got me some pork tamales, a burrito bowl, and chicken flautas (see photo) for $40.87. I went and checked out parts of the rest of the store and stayed past their Christmas Eve closing time at 5:30. Nice thing about this warehouse store is that they don't rush you out of the store right at closing time. This way, I avoided the long lines when checking out. Kudos to their checkout lady Michelle. BTW, kudos to Costco for accepting Apple Pay! Michelle also said that I could put my Costco card on my iPhone wallet so that I don't have to dig it out of my wallet in my pocket. Nice.BUT APP NEEDS A MAPCostco also has an app that I could put on my iPhone, which is rated 2 stars by the App Store. Perhaps one reason why is that you'll often have to sign in just to find out what the prices of the items are. Also, the app does not tell you where in the store the items are located as it seems more geared for shipping rather than in-store shopping. (perhaps a holdover from the 2020 days of Covid paranoia). But the thing of it is, Costco always changes merchandise all the time, depending upon where they're able to get the lowest wholesale prices at any given time. Therefore, it would do little good even if the app did tell you where in the store merchandise is located.YEP, THEY STILL GOT THEM CHEAP EATS!Though it was closed, I did get a chance to check out their low cost eatery located just west of the store entrance. Here you can get hotdogs, pizza, drinks, and I forget what else. Shockingly, the prices are the same as the last time I was here sometime during the 2010s! One pleasant change is that they now have pre-order computer terminals so that you can place your order without having to wait through the long lines. I presume they call your number or your name when your order is ready. Nice!AND CHEAPER GAS TOO (MEMBERS ONLY)Finally, I went and got some gas, which is located in the "back forty" parking lot, where I had to park on Christmas Eve as the rest of the parking lot was full! The price of regular gas was $3.57 on Christmas Eve 2022. Not bad! Also, kudos to their station attendant Tony for helping me figure out the pump.

Definitely this is the Costco in the area which has more variety in the things they sell compared to the other Costcos. This Costco has some of the Indian groceries in bulk that I usually get and they usually always have things in stock

This review is about the Tire Center only. There is a man working here named Jin who was so extremely rude to me and flat out lied to me. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning as a walk in (which they said they accept 4 walk ins per day) Great! They said I'd have to leave my car there all day but they would call me when it was ready. So I leave my car there and have to Uber home and mind you I simply just needed them to patch a leak. So I wait all day and finally about 20 mins before they're suppose to close I decide I'm going to just Uber back there because I need my car back regardless. So I get there and notice my car is in the exact same parking spot I left it this morning. I walk in and nobody is at the front desk. So I wait a few mins and good ol Jin walks in quickly through the doors and looks at me and aggressively says "WERE WORKING ON YOUR CAR AND WILL CALL YOU WHEN ITS READY!" doesn't even stop as he is walking to the shop door. Doesn't even give me time to reply... I'm just standing there like wtf... you're not working on my car because it's still sitting outside and by this time they were closing in 10 mins. He proceeds to go into the shop and I can hear him bitching to the other guys about me. I literally didn't do anything to be annoying because showing up to get my car even though they hadn't called... I was so freaking nice to them. So anyways I just stand there waiting like an idiot and right at about 6pm when they're suppose to be closing my car gets pulled in. I nicely asked if they couldn't patch it for some reason to please put the spare on. So I see them take the bad tire off and check in for 5 mins or so and then go to the trunk and take the spare out... great. Then another gentlemen who was very nice comes out and explains that they couldn't repair the tire because of how the nail was jammed into the tread.... Oh okay so we put your spare on and off your go. Next day I go to Discount Tires on 124th. They got me in and out in 35 mins and found 2 nails in the tire, patched them both and off I went. Please go to Discount Tires instead.

I appreciate the better prices at Costco and overall I like shopping at Costco. I will perhaps start using the Bothell location more as this location has gotten frustrating at times. Today for example the woman working at self check out was barking at people in a downright rude and aggressive way. You don't need to treat people in a demeaning way. Nobody wants to be treated as if they are stupid. It's not that hard to be respectful towards your customers. Avoid the lady with the long dark hair appears to be of Asian dissent working a self checkout line. She's rude! I couldn't catch her name but she was aggressive and ridiculous to me. I used to be a cashier so I know that it's not an easy job working with the general public. But I also know it's not very hard to smile and greet them in a respectful way because anyone responds better to a smile than to someone barking at them. Generally the store has what I need but they didn't do a great job of handling masking during Covid. I think three stars is a pretty fair review.

The best people work at this Costco. They worked crazy hard during all of Covid (post &pre) and dealt with some crazy stuff, keeping as much of a smile on their face as they could, even though it was trying times. I'm impressed by the people here every time I go shopping. Also, definitely ignore all the reviews that are about costco.com - this is just a warehouse, it's not headquarters or anything and they can't really do much about it in store.

This particular Costco has a different layout than I've seen. This is both good and bad of course. The entrance is all the way to the left of the building which is kind of good because it keeps the crowd from being all over the place. This is the first Costco I've seen where the food court is outside, I guess it's shuttered in the wintertime? The first main aisle sort of leads to a dead end. Maybe it wasn't just me either, another couple people walked to it too. There was paper products back there but there was also like the employee lounge or something and it's weird it doesn't loop around like other Costcos. The layout is OK overall, I like how how it's kind of reversed here or than I'm used to where everything is back left food wise. This isn't really against Costco but what was annoying was more people than I've seen before would just be sitting in the middle of aisle or would take their time crossing into another. It was like 3 times this happened in my one visit. Are they slipping slow pills into the free samples?Other than that. A decent enough Costco.

NOT HAPPY TODAY. I'm a big fan of Costco. BUT, if you want to send a gift card to your granddaughter when she moves into a new home, buy it yourself and lick a stamp yourself. For some reason Costco will just not get around to it. Trying to get customer service to respond on this simple matter is impossible. Don't know why. Love Costco.com hot tub, generators, vitamins etc great job BUT this should have been easy.

Last year, we purchased all new tires from Costco for both of our vehicles. We got a flat on one of them and called Costco for help on 7/6/22. Matt at Kirkland has EXCELLENT customer service, and he was very helpful throughout the call and in person the next day! He let me know that they were completely booked the rest of the day on Wednesday, but offered a 3pm appointment on the next day, which I readily accepted. When I arrived in person, I could see that he was completely swamped and handling everything by himself and he was keeping everything moving along efficiently even though they appeared super short-staffed. Despite everything he was juggling, he maintained a positive and friendly demeanor the entire time while checking me in and was upfront that the service might take a bit longer than usual. I took my time shopping and only had a wait about five minutes more before he called and said it was ready. He brought the car out and made sure that the low tire pressure light went out and sent me on my way without paying a penny. I appreciate Matt's attitude so much. It's a pleasure working with someone who is so professional and likes helping people!
