Absolutely amazing experience! Even though my delivery driver accidentally left half of my order behind, the team at this coffee & boba shop went above and beyond to take care of me. When I came back to pick up the rest, they remade all of my food and drinks fresh without hesitation and even surprised me with extra items for free.

The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right—even though the issue wasn’t their fault at all. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. On top of that, everything tasted delicious and high quality as always.

Their teas are great and their coffee is superb. Our usual rotation is the egg coffee, taro milk tea, and mango ice tea. Staff are always nice and accommodating.

Came in for tea but had our interest peaked with Vietnamese coffee drinks. Decided on egg coffees. It was awesome. Will definitely try again. So glad we decided to roll the dice on a new experience.

I ordered the sandwich which is not bad but it’s not wrapped with anything and just put it in the paper bag?! (Take out) At least using sandwich sheet or baking sheet or foil to wrap it so that the ingredients won’t fall out down to the paper bag bottom!!!!! It’s so messy ….. They didn’t understand my request and just gave me napkins….. sigh….

And there’s no tea flavor in the milk tea… just milk, sugar and water…..

New guy doing bad

Solid boba shop, taro milk tea is my favorite.
The store also is nicely kept and quaint

One piece of feedback: it would be good to list the regular Taro Milk tea on the menu, I think only the taro matcha is listed

I tired this multiple times via DoorDash, the boba tea is awfully bland. Order A2 milk replacement but the milk doesn’t taste like real milk, it tastes like water! I swear it’s the worst boba tea shop in Seattle area. Please, if you can charge 8dollars for a drink, put something real in it. Don’t be that cheap!
