The delivery tracker says it was completed but it wasn’t. The driver never showed up. Called the store and they remade a pizza. When asked the delivery driver on 2nd attempt, she just lied in front of my face saying that it was delivered at my door when in fact it wasn’t. No matter the real reason, It’s ridiculous and never happened before.

I had a disappointing experience ordering from Domino’s. I selected all three extra meats when placing my order on their website, but when I received the printed receipt, it only showed two types of meat. Even worse, the pizza I received only had one type of meat, and the amount of regular meat on it was much less than what I had expected, let alone the extra toppings I requested. This was really frustrating, as I paid for extra meat but received far less than what was promised. Very poor service and quality control. Would not recommend.

Since moving back to Washington this location has been my go to dominos. I’m gotten both deliver and carry out from this location and no matter how I get my food it’s always hot, taste great, and ready super fast!
The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Mostly younger adults or teens but they have great work ethic. I’ve never had an issue.

All I want is a pizza with an adequate amount of cheese and sauce but it seems the only thing dominoes can do nowadays is nothing but bread and a hint of toppings. Every single time I order extra cheese and extra sauce to try and compensate, I'm charged a fortune for it, then never given anything extra. It ends up being exactly the same as just ordering a normal pizza. It's by its very definition, a scam.

I ordered a pizza from Domino's at midnight and had a horrific experience. After placing my order, I drove all the way from Redmond to Kirkland alone, only to receive a call from the employee saying their card reader was down. I explained that I only had my cards and was more than willing to pay with them. Instead of offering a solution, he forced me to find an ATM for cash or they wouldn’t fulfill my order.
As a woman driving alone at 12 AM, this was not only incredibly frustrating but also made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. It's outrageous to expect a customer to go out of their way for cash in the middle of the night. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I felt completely disregarded. I will never order from here again and strongly advise others, especially women, to think twice before doing so.
An order with an ETA of 3 pm is still out for delivery at 15:52 and the excluse the store made was it’s a busy day and that they only have one driver. Wow! Banner this store for any dominos order

For about 2 years I've enjoyed the service provided by this dominos until today where I was asked to wait for 20-25 minutes and then when I walk in after 20 minutes, I was told there's 20 minutes still remaining on my order. The server then goes on to tell me they've been telling everyone about the 35 to 45 minutes wait time.
This is poor customer service in which you're implying that the customer themselves heard wrong.
I don't mind the wait, don't disrespect customers like that though. If you're understaffed and need more time, just say that. I might not be returning to this one.
