The boba milk tea was just average. The tea itself was quite diluted, even with 50% less ice, lacking the rich flavor you’d expect. However, the Uji Matcha strawberry drink was delicious.

I tried the matcha smoothie and added coconut jelly—such a perfect combo! The flavor was refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. The staff here are always super friendly and helpful with any questions I have. Great service and great drinks. Definitely coming back again!

Had very bad drink experience here. I ordered Four seasons green tea with boba. The tea was over brewed, too bitter. The boba was a mess, pieces sticking to each other and unable to drink as they clogged the wide straw. Slow service.

Like I see the workers doing their best, but my second time here they’ve both been out of several menu options and they can never keep up. The manager here should hire more people or pay more or something, because the workers here are genuinely trying

The best lychee and mango slush with chases foam in the area. This is the favorite place for my whole family. The service is out of the world as well. Yesterday, we accidentally ordered online with the UW location, the Kirkland store staff still quickly made the drinks for us. Thank you’
