I don't know what happened but the quality has dropped. Dough Zone was a top tier dim sum spot. However after my last visit I don't think I will ever go back. Veggies were bland, sauce was off (I really miss the a-choy salad.) Real bummer.

Details on dishes that were off:
- cucumber was missing ingredient, maybe vinegar? We poured some on top and it tasted better
-broccoli was slightly overcooked. The fish sauce on the side was... awful. I'm glad it was served as a dip even though I expected the broccoli to be tossed in the fish sauce. Sauce tasted off. Looked like it came from a factory and not house made.
-pork xiao long bao - my partner commented that the texture was off. Either food processed instead of hand cut or meat was old. I couldn't tell/I'm not a big fan of them anyway.
-spicy beef sandwich - this was actually fine. But not as full of meat/pickles as I recall in the past. Also not very spicy at all.

Changes felt like economic choices so I'm sad the economy is causing my once favorite dim sum place to dip in quality to remain profitable.

The Dan Dan noodles are the undeniable highlight. The springy texture and exceptional quality of the noodles themselves are consistently perfect, perfectly clinging to the sauce. The soups dumplings are good. The filling and the broth can be better. The thin wrap is fantastic .Combined with the fantastic service and the fact that you cannot beat the price for this level of food, this place is a must-visit.

Good food at a very decent price. The dumplings and noodles are well-made, and the location is convenient. It’s a great spot for a casual meal. Customer service would've been better overall.

Amazing place for dumpling and pelmeni lovers!
Even children love eating in this restaurant! Vegetarian options are available, but the variety is poor. Dear Dough Zone team, please add more vegetarian dishes 🙏🏻
Another important thing is dressings! They provide soy souse and spicy oil. If you like dumplings with mayo or sour cream, they don’t have it.
They cook tasty 😋, so you won’t feel sad after a meal ⭐️

Vegetarian options: It would be nice to see more vegetarian options in the menu

Parking: About parking. Parking garage is free for customers.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place

They say us right away and the service was really good! Our waiter was very accommodating to my personal food allergies it’s just a little bit of a bummer there wasn’t more GF options but I knew that coming in. If you don’t have dietary restrictions or allergies then I’m sure the buns and dumplings are delicious

Food was okay. The drinks are made very sweet. When I asked if it could be made at half sweetness the manager said no and to let them know ahead of time.

My first experience with Dough Zone was in Issaquah and it was very pleasantly surprised. However, there is just something off putting about the Kirkland location.

It's very small and cramped. Dare I say, almost a little claustrophobic?

The food was just not what I expected. The crab and pork dumplings just had no flavor of crab whatsoever, although the texture was fine. The Kale salad was as you would expect The wonton soup was a very small order. The potstickers and other fried dumplings were OK..,nothing outstanding

The biggest concern was with service or lack there of. The food was just plopped on the table, very little communication with the wait staff. I have to be perfectly honest, I did not feel overly welcome there

So to sum up ...quality food, very average, but atmosphere and such very badly lacking

Customer Service:
Customer service was not the best. The female waiter kept on talking to her co-workers and stayed in the kitchen without checking on us. We had to wait for 20 minutes just to ask for more napkins.
Food:
Some of the dishes we ordered like Dan Dan noodle and crepe were way too salty.
