We are huge Dough Zone fans but the quality control of this location has gone extremely downhill. As vegetarians, we need to have confidence that when we order vegetable dumplings, the dumplings will actually be vegetarian. Unfortunately, the quality control is so horrible that one basket of dumplings will be labeled as vegetable and be HALF meat and HALF vegetable! and you can't even see inside the dumpling so how are you supposed to know unless you open up each dumpling to investigate? This happened about 5 times in a row and after that we simply stopped going to this location.

If you're not vegetarian the place has great food. Every friend and family member I've taken there has loved it.VEGETARIANS BEWARE: If you're vegetarian everything that doesn't have the V sign by it has chicken powder in it. It's not listed anywhere. So you have very few options in total. A pancake, a noodle and a dessert. Literally no dumplings you can have. Really disappointing.

Nothing vegan is worth eating. They don't care about their vegan customers. Dan Dan noodles, veggie dumplings everything that used to be vegan is not anymore and management doesn't care about trying to introduce more vegan dishes. Don't bother going. In the age where more restaurants are trying to expand their vegan friendly menus, Dough zone just cares about their bottom line and serving substandard food with no regards for dietary restrictions.

They changed their menu and removed all the vegetarian options. Previously noodles and dumplings had vegeratian option and now they have decided to add chicken powder even for veg dumpling.

Overall it's fine. It tastes good and has a good selection with a pretty nice atmosphere. Service was also good. But it's just a din tai fung but for bao. Commercialized and reliable but ultimately a bit disappointing when you've had more authentic stuff in the University or international district. I wouldn't come back unless it was a social thing. I would enjoy myself and my friends but deep down I'd know there is better elsewhere. The spicy glass noodles were awesome though. I just don't go to a dumpling place for noodles

This was one of my favorite restaurants in the area, being vegan comes with finding good places to eat and this was one of them. I recently came back and they had taken almost all of their vegetarian items off the menu, which is really unfortunate for me and a lot of people that came here for that reason. I won’t be returning anymore :( if you just recently came to dough zone which the same problem, dumpling the noodle has a huge selection of vegan options and it’s just down the street.

We used to come here all the time because they had good vegetarian options.A few months ago they took off several of their vegetarian options, but they still had enough stuff.Today we came in, sat down, and notice almost all of the vegetarian options were gone from the menu. Including vegetable dumplings - they are no longer vegetarian!!We had to leave and find somewhere else to eat. Very very disappointed.

I had mostly dismissed this place as a chain restaurant. Which it is, but very well done! It’s in a good location, food is affordable and the service is prompt. I’m not an expert at the cuisine, but loved what we ordered. The kale salad was simple and delicious. The crab meat xiaolongbaos were the bomb.

Great across the board, our kiddo spilled soup all over the table and our server Jet was prompt to both get us a new bowl of soup and clean everything for us. Great service, great food & couldn’t have had a better waiter.

I love this place. We had a party of 9. Everything came out quick. The staff is all very nice. I am not crazy about the noodles here but everything else is great.Parking: There is a paid parking lot, but the validate your ticket if you bring it in.

Disappointed that the removed vegetarian options

Stale salty food. It's like the dishes are are premade, chilled and heated up in a microwave.
