Our server was Pedro. He's attentive and knowledgeable. The food was excellent with great presentation. The flan was the best I've had outside of a Latin country.

Fabulous up market Mexican food in a beautiful lakeside environment. The service and food were both fabulous. Excellent cocktails, too.

We had our anniversary lunch here. Chilaquiles came out fresh, hot, flavorful. We also got chicken tacos and mahi mahi tacos. The fish didn't taste fresh or great at all. Would not get those again. It's an expensive place. Service was great and the view is awesome.

Went for brunch on a late Sunday morning and it was quiet with great service and good food. Will return for dinner as menu looks interesting.

So happy we discovered this gem! The food is excellent, and the ambiance is cozy and stylish with great views of Lake Washington. Our server Pedro was fantastic! Very personable, very knowledgeable about the menu, and he went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration, memorable and fun. Stand out dishes included the super fresh mahi-mahi tacos and all the starters were delicious! We will definitely be back.

The menu on OpenTable is old and does not reflect what's available now. They had updated their dinner menu a while back and reduced the options available. The service staff were nice and were accommodating.

Our friend recommended this restaurant and food was outstanding and service was warm and friendly! Such a gem on the Eastside! The alcove like seating was romantic and made the dining extra special. Definitely a great date spot! The octopus appetizer, guacamole with pork belly and shrimp tacos were amazing! I still dream about the ice cream sandwich made with churro sandwiching a caramel gelato! Mmmmm! We can't wait to go back!

Only complaint is not knowing about this place sooner. Very high quality food, Carne Asada steak was excellent as were the Mahi mani fish tacos. Portions good as Taco meal comes with 3. Service fantastic, will be back.

Thankyou for the lovely evening. Yummy smoked mushroom tacos, delightful drinks, incredible band, kind and attentive staff, and wonderful community. Genuine, and beautiful, enjoyable environment. Happy New Year.

Food and service was great, but poor organization..took almost an hour to sit us after our reservation time. Staff was great, but they were put in a bad place by bad organization/planning. Live music is great, but having multiple doors open in 33 degree weather made the restaurant ridiculously cold.

Really good meal with a nice view of the marina. Restaurant was quiet out of season. Parking was easy. Food was really tasty. Service was slow at the end but the waitress just got 2 tables.

Nice ambiance, service is nice, but they shortened the menu (since I was there over a year ago) and now mainly focus on appetizers and taco plates. The taco plates didn't include any rice or beans. Limited vegetarian options, and felt they could be more creative and upscale for a place with this ambiance and location on the lake.

El Encanto is hands down our favorite spot for every little celebration throughout the year! It never disappoints. The staff always make the experience extra special, and we’ve had the pleasure of being served by Joanna the last few times—she’s amazing! We can’t get enough of the dobladas or the carne asada, and their spicy margaritas? Absolutely the best in town. Always a five-star experience for us!
