Old lady who is around 70 years in green t shirt has too much attitude she assumes her self as pilot of Boeing 707 to busy give respect to customers

First of all, the protein is $3 extra, making your general total close to $18. Then there’s the size of the salad for what you PAY. The amount you receive is worth $10. And in my opinion, they DROWN the salad in dressing. They asked “medium or heavy”, I said medium and WOWZERS, so. Much. Dressing. Then there the fact that they don’t even offer free cups of water. The staff was friendly, the restaurant itself seemed clean and well maintained. But I will NOT waste money here again. What a disappointment.

I tried a warm bowl that I chose all the components of for my first visit. I was disappointed that the warm bowl contains mostly cold items. The warm quinoa and warm sauces at the end didn't make the bowl warm enough. It was oddly lukewarm and unevenly cool throughout. The flavors were pretty good but the uneven temperature was bothersome. I may try a salad next time if I go back.

Never seen an outlet like this before. You need to plan your day around the opening and closing of this place. Sometimes I wonder why not close it permanently and save the patrons a hope of finding this open.

Tried a location in Seattle a few weeks ago for the first time & loved it and was craving the same salad (Southern Saucepitality) yesterday while driving through Kirkland, so stopped in. The service was great, it was spotless inside, the salad was delish and enjoyed chatting with Trish, the GM who was friendly and kind. Will definitely be back soon! PS: it's hiding in a corner right near the elevator on the second floor, in case you're having a hard time locating it!

Fully customizable food that's made quickly and are healthy. Of course it's a bit pricey, it's all made from scratch. The employees are friendly too. I have had to watch my diet due to CKD and this place is a great place for people with medical issues like me to treat

Too expensive for small salat with just greens, for meat pay extra. Half of the bowl of spinach with scoop of corn, tomatos and sweet potato + chiken. 17 dollars.

I've ordered before and was happy; however, today, I needed curbside pickup and when I called, no answer went directly to VM which said mail box full, no messages. Called TEN times, same result, had to abandon my order. Am requesting refund.

I love the concept of this place, but this particular location has such a small interior, it takes away from the experience.

Never open. The website and Google are always wrong. I’ve gone at least half a dozen times and there’s a “we’re closed today” note on the door.

Used to be one of my go-tos, but is now quite bad. I used to order a bowl regularly to bring to my wife, which she enjoyed and appreciated, but the last two times in a row it's made her sick immediately after. at nearly $20 a bowl I'd expect a perfect bowl of salad every time. We won't be back.

Went in for lunch, location is in Kirkland Urban. Space is small so no where to sit but easy to order. A little pricey but I thought it was delicious. My boyfriend ordered a warm bowl which was new to me. It tasted ok, he said it tasted kind of processed. However my salad was amazing! I got the El Sombrero and it's definitely a must try. You can alter your salad with no problem. They're very nice and helpful while you're in there. This location is a little small so there was no seating available when we ordered so we had to sit outside. I'd definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a good salad. Also, they give you a piece of yummy focaccia bread with your order.
