Ordered the shrimp spring rolls, chili pork wontons, and the mala spicy beef rib dry mix noodles. The Szechuan flavor in the chili pork wonton sauce was a little excessive, but the wonton wrappers were a pleasant texture and the pork filling was yummy. The noodles were delicious but my friend and I thought the beef tasted weirdly herby. Spring rolls were average and came with no dipping sauce. We drove 20 minutes to eat here and although nothing was bad I definitely would not make the trek again. On the upside, our server was very attentive and kind :)

Came here for their hand made dumplings but didn’t see many options so I ordered the beef short rib noodle and popcorn chicken. I ordered spicy level 4 but there was not a hint of spicyness. Nevertheless the flavor was ok and it was a satisfying meal. Good place to grab lunch if you’re nearby.

The noodles are fantastic quality and flavor. Ordered the braised pork spicy noodles. The green beans were fried really well. Small homely place with good food. Haven't tried their drinks.
We have been coming to Fang’s since moving to Kirkland. Our favorites are the beef and beef rib mala dry mix noodles which are so satisfyingly chewy and delicious. Their soy milk is also very tasty and fresh! ☺️
