i had the chance to visit this place today and try their delicious noodles! The dough was incredibly tasty, and the soup felt absolutely magical. We were served by a very sweet and attentive girl. Everything was truly enjoyable. I’m sure this won’t be my last time coming here!

the food is really good here, we got the biang biang noodles with the beef shank, clear hot and sour soup, and the cucumber salad. i like how you can adjust the spice level for the noodles as well. it's clean inside and the staff are friendly. they also have a few tables outside.

I dropped by Fangs Noodle House and tried a mix of dishes, and everything was way better than I expected.
Cucumber Salad: Super refreshing, crunchy, and lightly seasoned. Perfect way to start the meal.
Biang Biang Noodles: These were the star—wide, chewy, and coated in a flavorful sauce that wasn’t too oily. The portion was huge, too.
Hot & Sour Soup: Really well-balanced. Not overly spicy, not overly sour—just warm, comforting, and full of good texture.
Lemonade & Jasmine Green Tea: Both drinks were great. The lemonade was bright and not too sweet, and the jasmine tea tasted clean and calming.
Overall, the food came out fast, the flavors were bold, and everything felt super fresh. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
