My wife and I decided to try out their dry shaved noodle beef rib mix, we heard so much about. It was well seasoned and the meat around the rib was just perfect. It was tender and falling off the rib delicious but still firm enough. Highly recommended.

We also tried their Xian pork sandwich and pork dumpling. Sandwich was well seasoned and the dumpling filling was delicious.

Service on the whole was very nice. Served was very attentive and did help with recommendations when we asked. .

I used to like this place. I wanted to try different menu items so I’ve been here a few times. However, my most recent visit is such a disappointment. The steamed pork buns are store bought frozen buns and they didn’t even heat it up properly before serving… it was cold on the inside! The pork sandwich was decent. I also tried the beef soup noodles this time but it was too sour for my taste and the noodles are too soggy. I recommend the dry noodles, they are more chewy and flavorful. The place was busy so there wasn’t much service.

Foods are great. A nostalgic experience of Chinese cuisine with big thick wideload noodle dipped deep in oily chilly sauce. The pan fried dumpling is on point. Order and check out online is a new experience, yet you still can pay it at the counter. The plaza is packed but still managable to have a parking lot. The chagee girl imaginary brand is a good sign to be easily recognizable. I took few noodles threads but already filled because it is stuffy. If you can make the dumping bigger and crispy, I will consider a comeback.

Food is pretty tasty but it is a little expensive for how much you get! Hand pulled noodles were nice and springy.

We tried quite a few things, but the noodles were by far the tastiest. We started with a cucumber salad, which reminded me of the sauce you would get with spicy wontons. It was a bit flat and needed an acid to brighten it up, but still tasty. I ordered the pork belly noodles and my husband ordered the orange chicken noodles. The noodles were delicious and had an awesome chew to it. I think the pork belly was tastier than the orange chicken, but the sauces were very similar in flavor. In addition, I tried their pork pan fried bun which was ok. Dipping it in the sauce from the noodles helped. For dessert my husband tried the cinnamon and sugar paratha/pancake. It's literally the type you buy at the Asian market's freezer section with the addition of the cinnamon sugar. Tasty but nothing special. Ordering is done online and service was fairly quick since everything is pretty much prepped and ready. I believe they only cook the noodles to order. Just ok, maybe the original location is better?

The spicy pork belly dry mix noodles were amazing. Never had it before but would definitly order again. Only issue is 4 star spicy seemed like maybe a 1 star, was hoping for much more spice. But it was absolutely delicious

While their biang biang noodles are truly excellent, their customer service doesn’t match the quality of their food. Additionally, they sometimes close unexpectedly without updating their website. Be cautious: you can still place pickup orders on their website even when they’re closed, and your transaction will still go through.

Ordering is a bit awkward but the food is delicious

Extremely good hand pulled noodles! Not really sure if there is top much of a difference between thick and thin though, so can’t go wrong either way! Ate inside, but the restaurant smelled strongly of scented cleaning products rather than food, which kind of threw the taste off at first. Will just do take out next time!

The service is toooo bad. Didn’t give us water, got my order wrong and kept me waiting while I am starving. And didn’t say sorry after all these.🤬
