**went here before COVID** This place has pretty good Vietnamese Sandwiches! The staff are kinda nice and service is fine. The food: 7.5/10). Would recommend and come back again just to get their sandwiches probably.

Would not return here. Sandwich was decent but man behind the counter had his mask below his nose the whole time and not as if it just slipped down. Didn't even greet me, his only customer at the time, just kind of stared at me and made me feel comfortable.

Supporting our local mom and pop stores. Love there combo fruit smoothies/bubble teas. They have good Banh Mi too. Price is fair for being outside of downtown seattle and international district. My favorite is the R7 with Lychee jelly.

I love this place! My boyfriend and I come here quite often, and we are pleased with the sandwiches and the bubble tea as well as the pricing. We've been to quite a few chain stores and mom and pop shops, and this is one of our favorites. I also have to comment on the owners. The husband and wife run this shop all on their own 7 days a week. Talk about sacrifice and dedication!

I was surprised how clean and modern the place looked on the inside. The service was alright, it kind of took a long time to receive the food even though we were the only customers inside the store. Also, I was very disappointed in the food quality, taste, and the bubble tea. I ordered a grilled pork banh mi and a avocado bubble tea. When I ordered, you can see the worker take the meat for the banh mi outside of the fridge and MICROWAVED it, which means it's not freshly cooked. The bubble tea was also kind of gritty and honestly, just doesn't taste very good.

Best taro smoothie with perfectly chewy boba pearls. Folks running the place are very sweet and polite. They were wearing their masks too while prepping food. ?

Big fan of the Bahn mis here. The Thai tea is also really good. They provide friendly service and can have your order quickly if you order ahead. This is my go-to for a quick meal on weekends.

Very professional and friendly crew.Ordered the matcha milk tea (special) and durian smoothie. The smoothies were awesome especially the durian!Also #1 and #2 sandwich. The sandwiches were good, felt as though something was missing. It could have been the jalapeno I asked to be added and wasn't there. It was fresh and tasty. Will visit again more for the smoothies though.

Went in right at open, but the gentleman working graciously helped my boyfriend and I. The nice woman working made us an amazing Thai tea with boba, and taro bubble tea. Highly reccomend! Thank you!

This place is very underrated from what i’ve seen. It deserves a lot more credit for the great quality food they have, I live to get frozen yogurt here and their other food and treats are great too. I love coming here with my friends. I recommend this to anyone in the area!
