The Coffee Stand Kirkland

I did a walk up order and was looking at the menu and noticed that no pricing was listed anywhere. So I asked the barista working how much a 16 oz mocha would cost. She said about $6. Ok, so I ordered a 16oz Mexican mocha. I figured that should be just about or just a little bit more of the cost of a regular mocha. I asked for oat milk with it so I also anticipated that it would cost a little extra on top of that, maybe .50 or so like most small coffee stands. But when I handed the card reader, I was floored to be looking at a $10.41 total. For a single cup of coffee. And that was before tip.

So if you’re looking at this coffee stand and think this is the more affordable option between the two other coffee spots on the block, I’d reconsider. Or better yet ask for the price of each and every thing you order beforehand because they don’t list them anywhere. Which I’m now gathering may be intentional so you don’t realize they’re about to up charge you.

The mocha itself was adequate which is why I’ll still give this spot some stars… Though it’d be an effort to completely mess that up.

The barista was unfriendly and incredibly slow. We ordered to simple drinks and she moved at a snails pace. When we told her one of the drinks was wrong, she rolled her eyes and fixed it. Very disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Better off saving your money and time than wasting it here. I’d give this place less stars if it were possible

this coffee stand has been my go to for 3 years! they have the best drinks and are always mixing it up!! how many coffee stands have you been to where you request that they should try something new and they actually do it! also they make whip cream in the stand and have multiple flavors of redbull for your redbull sodas!! their coffee is so good the restaurant next door uses it! you’d be missing out if you didn’t come here! not only do they have great drinks but the service is excellent! they’re funny and efficient!

Ordered the Mexican Mocha, was delicious and packed a punch caffeine wise. I was ZOOTED for 3 hours after and got more done in that time span than i have in awhile. Will return!

$12 for a single can redbull soda. “Baristas” didn’t know any of the drinks on their menu. Horrible experience.

Great coffee run by a family.

Super sweet barista! The espresso was nutty and not too sweet. I loved the stickers on the cups. If I weren’t visiting I would have taking a punch card!

I just love this coffee stand. Local and not a chain, the owners are incredibly kind, and they still do punch cards and have a drawing once your punch card is full. They have monthly specials for drinks and you can tell they put thought and effort in. They definitely have a great neighborhood feel.

Glad this place is open so early and a nice local alternative to Starbucks. They don’t make flat whites so ordered a regular latte instead. Service was good, especially considering it was so early.
