I buy coffee from Gourmet Latte almost every day because I love their coffee, but this particular location can never seem to get my order right. I rarely have problems at other branches. I order the same thing every time, say it clearly and slowly, and still end up having to repeat it. Even after several clarifications, I end up with something different every time. Also, the price is inconsistent depending on who rings it up. With coffee prices soaring, is it really too much to ask to get it the way you like it? Isn't that kinda the point of paying someone else to make it for you? The Baristas are friendly enough and the trivia questions are fun, but it's no longer worth the wait in line for a coffee that isn't what you asked for.

Tried this place for the first time because the coffee stand they share the parking lot with, was unexpectedly closed. Very friendly barista made me a yummy matcha latte and a fun Italian soda for my son. We'll be back!

Suggestion: Your first question to the customer should not be, "do you just need water"?
Yes, I came in walking a bit sweaty, but I did not need that judgemental question.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Generally don't have a problem with these stands .. BUT this one in particular has horrible customer service. Very inconsiderate. I was waiting with my 7-year-old daughter to get some smoothies and they continuously kept on serving people who arrived after us before us. Even once we were at the window. Extremely irritating. I ended up leaving without our drinks because they ended up serving a third person who arrived after us before us. So rude, so inconsiderate, won't be going back.
