I buy coffee from Gourmet Latte almost every day because I love their coffee, but this particular location can never seem to get my order right. I rarely have problems at other branches. I order the same thing every time, say it clearly and slowly, and still end up having to repeat it. Even after several clarifications, I end up with something different every time. Tried this place for the first time because the coffee stand they share the parking lot with, was unexpectedly closed. Very friendly barista made me a yummy matcha latte and a fun Italian soda for my son. We'll be back!
Suggestion: Your first question to the customer should not be, "do you just need water"?
