Their dragon bowl is up to par in what you find in Hawaii!Unfortunately their business is now temporarily closed, but I look forward to continue supporting HB beverage co in another location in the near future.Can’t wait to have your bowls and fresh pressed juices again!

I'm so sad they closed. Everybody in my family loves this place. I always got the pb&j smoothie and my fiancé typically got one of the bowls. The owners were always really friendly. Hoping they open up again soon.

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for the past 3 years and I think that should tell you enough about this place. It’s delicious, it’s fresh, it’s friendly to many food lifestyles, and it’s healthy! The only “complaint” is that it is a little pricey but I was told that their food is locally sourced and some delivered fresh each morning and that is why they close so early. They run out so fast! I have found no other place that can compare. ❤️

Best Acai in Kirkland by far. I wish they had a location in downtown as well I would go all the time. But they have convenient drive in pick up.

I love the dragonfruit bowl with added peanut butter. It's so delicious. My friends love the acai one too. I wish it was closer to downtown Seattle!

With covid they have a great little drive through to pick up your order. As a pro tip try to order prior to coming! Note that this place is pretty tucked away behind the driving school so it's easy to miss, but man is this place a gem. I really enjoyed the drinks we got, definitely order the house granola with any item you get. This place is addicting and well priced. I will definitely come back.

Drool worthy. Been here a dozen time. But if something goes wrong with your order, they have zero way of communicating. One day the bridge was closed, I wasn't able to get from downtown all the way over there & they just told me to wait and pick up my bowl in the next few days. Considering I always make this a special stop only on the days I have to drive to Kirkland, who in God's name would save someone a soggy bowl and have them drive 45 minutes on an unnecessary journey instead of just issuing a credit? lol Despite loving this place, it made me decide I'd rather not support a business that stingy after an experience like that

Rude customer service. Over priced bowls do not give anyone the right to talk down to someone. The old guy, who must be the owner, is rude. I would never give my money to this business. I can’t rate the food As I just left the second this man felt it was okay to speak to me the way he did in front of my daughter. Being a decent human is not that hard. Save your time and money

The food is amazing.The service, is awful. First of all they require you to order through their service. Which is fine, but as you’re driving you’re putting your information like credit card info etc. I’d park in a parking stall but then you get talked to for not following their flow of traffic.I’m really sad to have to write this review because I like their food, unfortunately I will not be returning because of this incident.I don’t need to made to feel like I’ve done something wrong by parking in a stall that’s inconvenient for a man directing traffic.

HB has the best Acai Bowls in the world. The portions are generous and their customer service is great and efficient. I lived in LA and visited Hawaii often in search for the best Acai Bowls and HB ranks at the very top. We come every weekend with the family to get a healthy start to our day. Remember to add peanut butter and pretzels to your Acai Bowl, you'll thank me later. You rock HB team!

My sister, who has a pretty bad coconut allergy and has been sent to the ER for it before, went here today and had the below interaction. I want to make sure people are aware that the people here will belittle you for and disregard your food allergy, putting you at risk:I am really sad to have to write a bad review on here because I had been coming here for quite a while. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience recently. I have developed an allergy to fresh coconut shreds that can cause serious issues, so I wrote in "no coconut" for my order. Two separate times I have found coconut shreds in my bowl after writing in "no coconut." During this recent interacrion, the guy working there began to make fun of me for my allergy and was extremely rude about the whole situation. I am shocked that you would treat a customer that way when I simply asked that there be no coconut shreds because I am allergic. I will not be coming back because of the terrible customer service and blatant disregard for my health and safety. If you want to keep customers coming back, being rude to them is not the best way. Keep in mind that I never made a scene or demanded that it be free, all I asked is for no coconut.
