Love the food and the gluten free options! Such a great place for lunch or to take the family! The staff is lovely!

Hen House is a nice location in a premier location in Kirkland, WA. The food style is similiar to Raising Cane's with completely different flavor with a great side option choices. The food is all cooked fresh, made to order. All the seating is outside I would reccommend Hen House to all individuals who like chicken.

Chicken under seasoned, no flavor. Looks like it has just been dipped in flour and fried. There were some questionable pieces, that I didn't even bother with. Fries were overly salty, which gave the chicken that was sitting on top of it some flavor but not much.

The guy behind the counter said hi, but was on his phone the entire time placing the order, totally uninterested with anything but his phone.

Large portion and garlic bread were OK. Probably wouldn't come again and probably won't recommend it to anyone either. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a really disappointing takeout experience from here. I found this restaurant on TikTok and was really excited to try it since I LOVE raising cane’s and heard it was a close dupe. The chicken was pale and looked like it had barely been fried, it was wet and the breading was falling off, the sauces that we paid $1 EACH for were only 1/3 of the way full, and the corn was gray and mushy, making it inedible. The fries were the only redeeming quality. It may be better to try in-restaurant but I only live 10 minutes down the street, it didn’t travel far from the restaurant to my house.

i’m not sure why this place has such awful reviews. if you like canes, you will love this place. i haven’t had canes since i moved back here from texas & it was really nice to find a place so close to me with such similar taste. i ordered it on doordash and it was even still great. however it did hurt my stomach horrendously after i ate it and the entire next day, but i have a sensitive stomach and that happens with all fried food usually lol. nonetheless i will be returning !

Just got food here a little while ago and I really enjoyed it! Great portion size for the price. Chicken was well cooked and the fries were perfect. Really enjoyed the garlic Parmesan sauce for dipping 🙌🏻 will definitely be back

Hen House in Kirkland absolutely nailed it. The tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. I’m super picky when it comes to chicken tenders, and this place exceeded my expectations.
But what really won me over was the sauce menu, fun, creative, and packed with variety. For me, the sauces make or break a chicken tender spot, and Hen House nailed it. There were so many to try, and every one we tasted was spot on.
Even my kids, who can be tough critics, were more than satisfied. It’s a family-friendly, welcoming space that feels like a real gem in the community. You can tell it's family-owned and run with care.
We’ll definitely be back, this might just be our new go-to spot!

The young man at the front taking orders was SO nice and helpful! 10/1/25- 6 PM. Food is fresh and excellent! House sauce is closest thing we have to canes sauce in the Seattle area. Will be back!

I saw this place on TikTok and looked it up and the reviews were awful. I tried it anyways because I was desperate for a canes dupe and this place is actually identical maybe better . I have no idea what these reviews are talking about. Literally a solid 9/10.

Gross and an awful experience. This use to be a different amd much better chicken spot, i did not know it had changed until i arrived. I got the 4 peice meal with fries bread and corn. The giy behind the counter did said hi but didnt look up from his phone and texted through my entire order never looking up. The chicken comes out and is completely and utterly unseasoned. Im talking literally just a flour coating. I dipped it in the house sauce which was solid but once i bite into it im fairly certain the chicken is undercooked. It is tough to chew and way too moist, not in the good way but just the raw way. The corn was fine but had a weird bitter flavor. Fries are fine. The lemonade and bread were good. Absolutely will never eat here again

It's ok. Kinda dry but flavor is not bad and it's fresh.

It’s not the previous Korean fried chicken place. It’s one of the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had, if it’s considered as fried chicken.
