Ordered a bag from too good to go for a particular timeframe. I mentioned I won't be able to make it due to traffic and will be late by a few mins. They were very adamant I have to be there on the dot.

For their inflexibility I rate them 1.

Amazing cupcakes and cake pops for our daughter’s graduation - even had the school colors !! Family thoroughly enjoyed them ☺️

Hollywood Baked Goods was the perfect choice for our wedding dessert bar! They provided an incredible spread with both gluten-free and regular treats, ensuring every single guest had something delicious to enjoy. Our guests raved about everything—from the cupcakes and cookies to the cake pops, chocolate-covered pretzels, and brownies. Not only was everything delicious, but they also made the pickup process incredibly easy. We highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding (or for anyone who loves a sweet treat anytime :))

Loved HBG! We ordered cake pops and cupcakes for our daughter’s 2nd birthday and they were an absolutely hit. They were perfect size for little hands (adults loved them too), stored nicely in boxes and were delish.

Holly at HBG is amazing. A friendly face when you walk in and knows how to help with the perfect items (if not already picked out). Looking forward to ordering again for future events.

Ordered the lemon bloom 🍋 cake for a special event from HBG online. The order process and pickup was super easy and clear. It was ready the day of the event right when they opened at 10am which made it convenient and super fresh to serve that same afternoon! Everyone loved the cake flavor (vanilla with cream cheese buttercream filling) , its moist cakey consistency was superb 🍰, and it was just so beautiful!!! Thank you - I will definitely be ordering again from HBG!

I would not recommend anyone to come here for a cake at all, especially if it is for a major event. Got our wedding cake from here and the bottom half of the tiers cake fell completely into the middle of itself and caved in after about an hour outside of the fridge. Huge waste of money for what they charge for a mediocre cake.

Customer service was amazing and Holly was very professional. Holly provided excellent service with communication, pricing, and delivery of our wedding cake. We got the red velvet cake for our wedding and it was delicious. The final result for our cake matched our inspo design perfectly which was impressive. We’re so glad to have worked with Holly and will definitely recommend patronizing this business for your future needs.

I'm sorry to say how disappointed I was by this place. Everything tasted day-old, or older. I got a coconut cupcake, a German chocolate cupcake, and a peanut butter filled chocolate chip cookie for my husband and I to share. The coconut cupcake was dry and crumbly, and the only coconut flavor seemed to come from the toasted coconut sprinkled on the frosting, which was a blob that was slipping off the cupcake. The cookie was not good at all. Again, dry, with no flavor, except when you bit into the chocolate chips or peanut butter filling. We haven't tried the German chocolate cupcake yet, but not expecting much. I was so hoping I had found a good bakery close to home, that has gluten-free options for our son in law. Based on other reviews, I guess you have to get a wedding cake for it to be good?

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this business. Despite placing an order on their website 6 days in advance for their non customized cakes, it was abruptly canceled just four days before my event, with the explanation that they were overwhelmed with other orders. While I understand the challenges small businesses face, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable.

The owner was not only unprofessional but outright rude—raising their voice at me simply for placing an order through their website and now they had to cancel it which would incur them a transaction fee of 3$. It’s clear that customer service and reliability are not priorities here.

Unfortunately, this kind of behavior and lack of accountability makes it impossible to recommend this business, especially for time-sensitive or important occasions. I genuinely hope they reconsider how they treat their customers if they wish to grow and succeed.

The best!! The baby shower cake I ordered came out absolutely adorable, was ready on time, a great value, and the process was easy and pleasant. The storefront made me want to buy all the things and I appreciated the cards, etc. that were available just in case. All of our guests remarked that not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted great too! Will definitely not only go back to HBG, but will look for an excuse to do so!
