This bakery is hands down the best! I’ve ordered treats from here so many times—for birthday parties, school events, teacher appreciation, you name it. I even ordered my own birthday cake for a party my friends were throwing me—no regrets, it was amazing!

The gluten-free options are a game-changer. My son has Celiac, and it’s so nice knowing he can safely enjoy cake pops, cupcakes, cookies, and even chocolate-covered Oreos. Seeing him included and happy is everything.

Holly is always so sweet and makes the whole process easy. The turnaround time is super fast, and everything is always top-notch. If you’re looking for delicious, high-quality treats, you have to check this place out. I recommend it to everyone! Side note: parking is super easy and right in front of the shop.

Hollywood Baked Goods is amazing! I requested a firetruck cookie and matching cake for my sons 2nd birthday and they turned out SO cute and delicious. Holly was really responsive over email and everything turned out great for the party.

On December 2, 2024, around 5 PM, I visited your store to pick up an order for delivery. As always, I made sure to be polite and kind to everyone, including the employees, because I understand that everyone has their own challenges. However, my experience with one of your employees was disappointing and disheartening.

First, the employee asked if I had a bag for the order, but the tone and manner were far from courteous. Then, she rudely told me to put my phone away, again lacking any respect or professionalism. This is the first time I’ve experienced such treatment in this line of work.

As a delivery driver, I love exploring the city, meeting new people, and learning through this job. It’s an honest living, and we take pride in what we do. We aren’t doing anything wrong, so why should we be treated poorly?

I’m writing this review because I don’t want other delivery drivers to have the same negative experience. Respect goes both ways—please treat others with the same courtesy and dignity that you’d expect for yourself.

We ordered the vegan Cookies and Cream cake and it was SO good! Plus they have a very friendly staff. Can’t wait to try other cakes and treats. Highly recommend!

We ordered a 3-tiered cake for our wedding from Holly and could not have been happier with everything. Holly was an excellent communicator from day 1, answering our questions, and providing crucial tips and information regarding storing and transportation of the cake. She created a beautiful white cake and we decorated it ourselves. The cake was a hit amongst the guests. We chose a different flavor for each layer and the carrot was the favorite. We are so thankful for Holly and highly recommend her!

I would highly recommend Hollywood Baked Goods! I first found them when researching options for my wedding, and was excited to see that they offer a lot of options for vegan and gluten free. I recently ordered 3 dozen cake pops for a baby shower I hosted, and they were a big hit. I thought we would need to send leftovers home with the guests, but there were only a few left at the end of the event. Everyone loved the designs, especially the bees. I got several questions about where they were from. I'll definitely be back for future gatherings!

Hollywood Baked Goods is the only place you need to go for baked goods! We recently hosted a company birthday celebration, and we needed a cake that was as stunning as it was delicious. Holly and her team at HBG absolutely delivered!

Holly was such a joy to work with—she went above and beyond, even taking the time to explain the best way to present the cake. You can tell she takes immense pride in her work, and it truly shows.

The cake was BEAUTIFUL—an absolute centerpiece for our party at Novelty Hill Winery. It wasn’t just a dessert; it was a conversation piece! Everyone raved about the design and couldn’t stop talking about how incredible the frosting tasted. Our birthday honorees were thrilled, and the cake perfectly complemented the ambiance of the event.

The cake we ordered for our baby shower was exactly what we wanted! It was beautifully designed, and both flavours we chose for the two-tier cake were so fun. The red velvet layer particularly was a big hit with everybody. So grateful the team was able to accommodate both the egg-free and nut-free requirements we requested. Excited to order again!

We ordered a three tier vanilla cake with lemon curd for our wedding. We are so happy with the way it turned out. The cake received raving reviews from all our guests about how delicious it was and I couldn’t recommend this place more!
Holly was also so amazing to work with! She was able to answer all my questions over email and was so nice when we picked up the cake. She provided us with tips on handling and transportation the cake to the venue.

Cake from Holly tastes amazing. They do custom designs. Holly was very patient hearing all the details, shared pricing breakdown clearly and recommended how best to transport and serve the cake. We ordered a galaxy cake and asked for planets which was made out of cake pops. Everything turned out perfectly and tasted great.

Beautiful delicious cakes, and so many options for vegan and gluten free. The owner was so very helpful in helping us order, and allowing customization, so definitely call and ask her if you can customize!

I got delivery, so I can't speak much to the atmosphere - the way the cupcakes and little oreo guys were delivered was really cute, and the packaging was adorable, so straight 5s on that! I can definitely see this being appealing on that alone.

The buttercream on both cupcakes I ordered was INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS. The downside of the cupcakes were the cupcakes themselves - unfortunately both were very dry, dense, and almost sandy in texture. Both ended up having the icing eaten off the top with the majority of the cake thrown away. I can easily imagine why though - I imagine most of the business is around making homemade cakes and treats for people, so I imagine the by-the-"slice" so to speak pieces not being the highest priority ones.

The oreos I got (strawberry) were delicious, though - I loved them, and they were incredibly cute, even beyond their packaging.

Overall, definitely a 3/5 for me - one of the items I got was delicious (the oreo thingies), the buttercream on the cupcakes I got was delicious though the cakes themselves unpleasant, and the packaging was cute. I'd imagine the full cakes are way better off!

I ordered gender reveal cupcakes and they were fantastic! Everyone commented how delicious they were. The order process was so easy and my order was ready at the exact time for pickup. I will definitely order again.
