The ventilation in this place is a safety hazard for customers and employees. The inside is too smoky and it was hard for me to be in there even just to wait for the order. Please address this as soon as possible! The food is fine, dressing portions are too small. I haven’t decided if I will be back.

three of us gluten free, one of us vegan- this was a great place to get lunch!! gluten free bacon egg & cheese was awesome with garlic sauce, and braised spicy tofu bowl was good level of spice and mix of flavors. bonus vegan gf brownie, they offered to warm it up for us and it was so good!
Dietary restrictions: menu labelled things clearly: contains egg, contains dairy, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, can be made gluten free. employees seemed knowledgeable but there was little need to ask for more detail since things were so clearly specified on the menu!

It could be so much better with a few simple things: the bread needs to be toasted. It’s too soft and mushy. The bacon needs to be cooked more and crispier. It looks so gross and the texture is so gross in the sandwich. Limp bacon on a limp untoasted bread. The soups are always a bit off, lacks flavor and it’s always very pulpy. And the wait is always soooooooo long. If the chicken salad is pre made, why does it take 20 minutes for it to go on top of some untoasted bread and wrapped up?

The food is just not right? I got the tomato bisque and it tastes like there's a full cup of sugar in it. The sandwich was very dry. I paid 17$ but it all went to waste because it tasted so off I couldn't eat it. Service was nice.
