It could be so much better with a few simple things: the bread needs to be toasted. It’s too soft and mushy. The bacon needs to be cooked more and crispier. It looks so gross and the texture is so gross in the sandwich. Limp bacon on a limp untoasted bread. The soups are always a bit off, lacks flavor and it’s always very pulpy. And the wait is always soooooooo long. If the chicken salad is pre made, why does it take 20 minutes for it to go on top of some untoasted bread and...
Top notch food. Service is spotty. I like the self ordering kiosks but there could be better directions to their location and a simple UI. Good workday lunch vibes. Excellent salad bowls.
