We've been to several Ivar's & we think this is the best one EVER! Best fries, best fish, best salmon & clams served up on very nice baskets & plates. We highly recommend!
Good place for an afternoon snack

The man working the front counter was such a pleasure, he made fast food feel like fine dining. I didn’t catch his name but he helped me and my friend with a very large order and was very pleasant to deal with. If management sees this he is the gentleman with a beard mid 40s greyish hair! He deserves a raise.

I always go for the halibut.
Great place for lunch. Looks out on the waterfront in Kirkland, clean dining and extra friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Food is always good. Employees are always very nice and helpful
A solid experience for fish and chips. I like the self-serve beverage station. It's fun to mix orange soda with 7Up or whatever. You can dine in or sit outside on nice days as they have a patio area. Another option is to walk across the street and enjoy your meal at the park. The fish is good, but the coating is almost like it doesn't know what it is, maybe a cross between batter and breading. The fries are quite good. They have the skins on. Plenty of tarter sauce and ketchup if you want it. Overall, as I said, pretty solid local institution.
