Very good service and staff. We were vegetarians but they don’t have many varieties. The tempura and veg rolls were ok but could have spiced up a bit as it was bland.

Amazing!!! Simply one of the best small Japanese restaurants in the area. The tempura shrimp and sukiyaki tasted so authentic and delicious.

Finally found a simple and authentic Japanese restaurant in Seattle. Owners are Japanese and the ambiance is very warm and nice. Sushi was great with big portions, crispy tempura. We are sushi snobs and are very satisfied, will continue making the 30 min drive from West Seattle. Similar level of quality to Midori in Japan, simple and good.

I was impressed by a few things, the restaurant was very traditional looking if you are from Japan. Their fish is of amazing quality, it's expensive, but I found that the value is worth it if you are interested in getting premium ingredients. The meal was amazing and I recommend the restaurant if you want amazing sushi.

If you’re looking for a Japanese restaurant that is authentic, fresh and delicious IZUMI is the one.
My family has been going to Izumi restaurant for over 30 years. I moved out of state for several years and just returned. I just ate lunch at Izumi, for the first time since I’ve returned. The same Staff, the same quality, the same amazing service. Their sushi is unmatched, and their sushi chef, Shedo, Is the best I’ve encountered. Izumi Seats around 50 to 60 people. They close every day between lunch and dinner. The regular menu is just as good As their sushi selections.

The sushi is unbelievably fresh. All the Japanese dishes are fantastic. My favorites Tempura, Sukiyaki, and Beef Teriyaki. I visit several time per week. The staff are friendly and very attentive.

If you're searching for authentic straight to the point sushi in Washington, this spot in Kirkland is a must-visit. The portions are huge and reasonably priced, making it a great value. The sushi is fresh and the service is warm and welcoming.

It's ok but nothing particularly exciting. They didn't even have green tea nor a functioning
sushi bar.
