Dropped by on a Saturday evening. Service was prompt and friendly. The guy who took my order read my customizations back to me to make sure he heard correctly, which is something I deeply appreciate. Order was made right and presented nicely. Dining room was clean. Can’t say enough about the good service—will definitely be back.

Refuse to go here anymore. First, they turn off their online ordering. Takes forever to get the food. Tell the manager to quit be lazy and turn on the app ordering, you would get more orders.

Never have a problem at this location. Seems harder to find when it comes to fast food these days. Orders are always correct never a confusion never long wait etc. etc. if you’re looking for a quick eat you can count on this Redmond location.

Cusstomer service was horrible. lady, that's in the drive-through taking orders is very rude needs her attuide check, or she needs to find a different job! If you don't like ur line of work maybe you should look somewhere else if you not people friendly or even nice especially when a job considering you to be patient help ur customers who are paying money for food. Will not be going to this jack in the box.If you do go through drive-through, make sure you order ur sauce before getting to the window to pay or how many packets you want before getting to the window. Especially after waiting ✋️ for your food. I never make reviews unless needed.

I ordered a Jack's munchies meal and before I could finish the lady goes off in Spanish which I'm very fluent in about how customers keep ordering this damn combo all on the drive thru mic. Very unprofessional I pull up its a chunky white woman who missing a bit of her finger. She needs to learn how to turn off the drive thru headset or better yet attuide check

I work late nights and every time I swing by I am served by the same gentleman. I don't know his name but he usually works the night shift. He is super polite, profressional and always really friendly. He offers amazing customer service. I hope he gets this review because he's an awesome dude!
There is someone that works there that makes every order really difficult, but I will not name him. The staff knows who he is, I’ve seen them become exasperated with him as well.I come here about 1-2X a month, and almost every time the fries are cold. This time I am writing a review because all 3 fries are cold and my son’s chicken tenders were lukewarm. So much for ‘we don’t make it till you order it.’The inside dining area is also dark and dreary and very uninviting.
