Ordered delivery today, the sandwiches both came Mike’s Way which is not what we ordered. We also did not receive the correct chips we ordered either. For $50 and delivery that cost $5 and took an hour from Juanita to Totem Lake, I expect much better. At the very least make the correct sandwiches.

They let someone else walk out with my order. When they remade mine it was done wrong with less ingredients and burnt bread. You'd think that for a $70 order that they would at least confirm the pickup order is going to the correct person instead of leaving them all up for grabs.

Top notch, I’ve never had a bad sub from this location. Average rating should be at least a 4.5. I’m a huge fan of their app, they choose random days and in the morning they notify you of free delivery all day (no hidden fees). Unlike the ridiculous $7 delivery fee from Pagliacci across the street.

Gave me the wrong sandwich - asked for a big kahuna chicken and got a normal beef cheesesteak. Asked for the right one and was told I would be charged for it. Ate two bites and threw away my $16 REGULAR sized sandwich. Thanks for the great customer service. Will not be coming back to this location.

While food is fine. There was a distaste when eating it as the store didn't honor their own coupon at purchase.
The coupon still had two days left of valid use. Don't put out a coupon when you can't see it through.

Best sandwich chain around and I find them to be amazingly consistent regardless of city or state ... My favorite is the Italian and no matter which sub you order ......I'd recommend asking for it to be done 'Mike's way'. YUM!

I've been holding off on writing this review for a while, because I really like Jersey Mike's subs, and this place went through a bit of a rough patch during the pandemic. But recently, I can say they really have gotten their act together. The new manager seems to have done a great job, and the folks working here are always friendly and make a great sub. The quality of ingredients is usually very good, overall it's become a reliable go-to for a quality sub in Juanita Beach.
