Best sandwich chain around and I find them to be amazingly consistent regardless of city or state ... My favorite is the Italian and no matter which sub you order ......I'd recommend asking for it to be done 'Mike's way'. YUM!
Man this place is a joke. The only reason I still go here is because I love the number 13! I don't understand why it takes three employees ten minutes to make one sandwich when there's only one person, ME, in the place

I've been holding off on writing this review for a while, because I really like Jersey Mike's subs, and this place went through a bit of a rough patch during the pandemic. But recently, I can say they really have gotten their act together. The new manager seems to have done a great job, and the folks working here are always friendly and make a great sub. The quality of ingredients is usually very good, overall it's become a reliable go-to for a quality sub in Juanita Beach.

I was treated like absolute garbage and I don’t appreciate that happened to me. First time I’ve encountered this everyone seemed so dazed, super disrespectful and not understanding what they were saying or doing

The food here is really fresh and the people are friendly, but literally every time I order on the app, my food is messed up. The toppings and bread from our 2 subs get mixed up. I wish there were Coke products instead of Pepsi, they would get so much more of my money if I could get a Coke with my sandwich. And I would love if I could order a plain sub roll for my kids.
Very nice, modern, fast, and delicious. Not too busy at times.

I go to this Jersey Mike’s a couple of times a month and the food is always excellent. What is prompted me to write this review is the service and speed is never efficient. I often place an order online but when I get to the store at the time it’s indicated it is never ready. it usually is at least 10 to 15 minutes past the time that we are given and I have waited as much as 40 minutes. The staff never really seems to have an idea what is going on and there doesn’t seem to be a very good system in place. They are always very nice but I’ve come to realize that I can never order from this location if I need to be somewhere on time

Jersey Mike is a chain so the food is about the same at all locations thanks to standardization. What changes from one location to another other is staff. The staff at this location is a hit and miss. Some brilliant and some not so much. There seems to be a large amount of turn over with never seing the same people and I go at least once a month. Online orders have sometimes the wrong bread selected, and once when ordering from the store direct they got my order wrong but I fought it as they were doing it. The staff is friendly and helpful enough trying to do their best but unfortunately their performance at executing orders sometimes is a miss. So the best thing is to order from the store rather than online.
