Ordered a sandwich and when I got home and open the sandwich it had no meat on it they literally just gave me a sandwich with lettuce and tomato on it went back to the store and they looked at me as if I was crazy this is unacceptable won't return

Don't waste you time on this location. Despite delivery notes, they left food in the pouring rain. No attempt to knock or call as requested. $4 side of pasta and the container not very full.

I order a jjblt everytime. This time I asked for Xtra bacon, Xtra lettuce, Xtra tomato and Xtra pickles. Did not get Xtra anything. Will not be ordering

Freaky fast, freaky good. I can always count on great and quick service at Jimmy John's. 30 seconds after I pay the sandwich is done. #17 add cheese, Dijon, onion, and hot peppers is my go to.

I decided to try this place despite the reviews because most reviews seemed frustrated with delivery, and I was picking mine up. Order extra cheese at your own peril. I'm not sure if their online system is messed up, or if there's a vengeful vegetarian working there but a turkey sandwich was ordered with extra cheese and veg and came with zero meat. It's not like that's something you can check before leaving the store so it was a bummer once I got home. Pickle was good though I guess haha. Just sucks to tip 30% and not even get a complete sandwich.Vegetarian options: Forced vegetarian options lol

My company orders from here at least once a month and the delivery is great! They have always been on time and the sandwiches are all correct! We order around 15-17 sandwiches at a time and they always give us lots of napkins, deliver it in a box instead of a bag, and have yet to forget a sandwich. The only reason I give 4 stars is that the actual store inside is a little sad and has a depressing vibe. The sandwiches always come out perfect though so I will definitely continue coming here!

Jimmy johns has always been my favorite sandwich shop but i was disappointed with the customer service here. One of the workers spoke to me in a rude manner and whispered profanity under her breath aimed towards me! As soon as I walked in, I could tell she disliked me. She was very young and looked about my 10 year old daughters age. Teenagers these days are so disrespectful gosh! Sad to say I am no longer a customer of Jimmy johns.

I've had Jimmy John's several times, never had an issue. I ordered the vito, I don't think I've ever seen meat sliced so thin you can see through it. And there was hardly any meat on the sub. Heavy on the shredded lettuce. Tasted good just wasn't what I've experienced from other locations.

Bought 2 vito subs and 2 medium drinks. 27 bucks with tip, that could be ok, but when we ate the subs it was at least 75 percent shredded lettuce. I am happy to pay good money for a sub, but if I order an Italian meat sub don't screw me over fill it with the cheapest filling you have. Won't be back to this location.

Food was good but the delivery driver was not doing his job correctly. He just waited in his car while I was standing there. He had NO logo, TINTED windows and I couldn't see him. I don't feel safe approaching a vehicle. Some of the drivers are smart and step out of the vehicle with JJs gear. I know it was windy, but delivery is delivery.

I placed an order over the phone for delivery, I ordered a sandwich, chips, and a drink. They sent me the wrong drink so I as soon as I noticed I called and spoke to them and they said they’d send me the right one. I said ok. Another driver comes and tells me she got the wrong drink AGAIN! At this point it’s been an hour since I placed my order. I called again to have them refund me for the drink since I can’t wait any longer, I’m already leaving work. I spoke to the “manager” and he was not helpful at all and said he couldn’t do anything about it. NEVER ORDERING FROM THE TOTEM LAKE LOCATION AGAIN!!!
