My girlfriend and I love Lady Yum Macaron’s, but I’m extremely disappointed in the business right now. I ordered a pack of 15 macarons to be shipped this last Thursday (February 13th). I put in the order on Tuesday, February 11th and instantly got my confirmation e-mail which said it would be shipped on the 13th and that I would receive an e-mail when it had been shipped.
After not receiving a message saying they were shipped on the 13th, and not being delivered on the 14th, I sent Lady Yum an e-mail asking for an update for my order, and how I was really hoping to receive my order before Monday.
It is now Sunday, and I have not heard back from Lady Yum about my order, nor have I received a shipment e-mail. I am going to be out of town for a few days this week and was really hoping they’d be here before I left. It’s not looking like it will happen.
DO NOT order Lady Yum to be delivered, they are completely unreliable with this aspect of their business.
Update: Lady Yum took a few days to respond, but they did get back to me and were helpful. I was told that the person who responds to these e-mails does not work on the weekends, which is also a rule I have for myself, and the message was received right after they had left for the weekend. I understand this practice because it’s one I also hold myself too.
I was told that my address cannot be one that can delivered to overnight, and would have to take two days, despite living just over an hour away (a bit more with traffic). While I completely understand this as well, I believe I should have been notified when there was a realization that my order couldn’t be shipped over night. I was told that they have too many delivery orders to be able to do this, which I can also understand as a smaller business. I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 3 star completely based on the customer service I received once I was responded to. I will continue to be a devout Lady Yum customer, but am definitely going to go into the store when I want some in the future.

Ordered online & did not get any of the flavors I ordered even though half of the box was classic flavors. The other half were supposed to be December seasonal flavors as I ordered in December but they weren't able to deliver until January. All the macarons were January flavors. To add to this they did not include a seasonal flavor guide so I had no idea what any of them were. On my second macaron my mouth began to itch. I have an allergy to nuts, luckily it is not life threatening so I have never been incredibly cautious about it. I went online to try to figure out what the flavors were & immediately saw they had one with pistachios & that was the one I had just taken a bite out of. I am lucky that I was able to just take some benadryl. Another person may not have been so lucky. Not only do you not get the flavors you order but they also send flavors with extremely common allergens. I messaged the company with no response.

Just be aware this place does not accept any of the new digital forms of ID. Including mobile driver's license (mDL).
When I tried to use my digital ID issued from Massachusetts DOT. The worker insinuated that it was fake, that she would lose her job.
Make sure to bring physical forms of ID.
Very disappointed in the experience. The macaroons are amazing! Just need a little work in the customer service department

I had two incredibly delicious macarons delicately made by Lady Yum's macaron stand at the SEATAC Airport and I was exceptionally impressed. Everything about those macarons were amazing, I'm surprised I didn't go back to buy two more for myself.

We bulk ordered Lady Yum for our wedding, and they delivered a beautiful takeaway for our guests that they really enjoyed. The macaroons arrived cold, packaged well, and in pristine condition. Each package had a little ribbon, which added a luxurious finishing touch! Thank you Lady Yum!

Love,love,love Lady Yum. They have the best macarons in town. Their flavors are not cloyingly sweet and there is always a large assortment to choose from. Recently went in to purchase a pack for a friend and of course I had to get another for our family. Absolutely love their summer flavors. POG is back so get it while you can.
These cookie are good but expensive. I usually get them for my wifes birthday, mothers day ect. But idk why they are so rude behind the counter.

I had the salted caramel one and it was absolutely hideous. It was not made fresh for sure and it was extremely chewy and hard. When I came to the store and reported, no care was given.
