Great service from Angel! Great selection of Macarons!
Best macarons. Bit pricey but worth it. Our kids love these macarons.
Always has cute little gifts too
Cute little macaroon place right in Downtown Kirkland .I love Kirkland . I moved to the area about 1 year ago and I make a point to support the local businesses there. I go to Skintegrity MedSpa for my laser hair removal and I stop here either before after my visits . First of all they are really good . Way more flavor and also variety than most macroons I tried . Go their and take advantage of their champagne and bubbly for $5.00. Good place to go meet a friend rather than a coffee shop. Cheaper too!
Macaroons are my daughters favorite cookie. I had to stop in at Lady-Yum and buy a box for her gift. Lots of cute items and yummy treats to buy. Sitting area for people to sit, chat, and eat. I would recommend stopping in and trying a few bites and shop for unique items. I traveled from Elkhart, In. to Kirkland, WA. And it was a pleasant shopping experience for my family. It's located in this newly developed area. All brand new stores, and close by a sitting area with heat for cold winter nights.
Was surprised to see wine/champagne available in this macarons shop! Didn't have any bubbles, but others seemed to be having an enjoyable time. The macarons we tried ranged from decent to great. Neat spot.
Brief:
Delicious macarons. Terrible gift service for delivery gifts.
Details:
Be weary that their delivery gift service is poorly communicated. They have you choose a “shipping” date, which is ambitious. They don’t clarify what it’s the day they ship it OUT, nor that they use FedEx, 2-day shipping so that we can anticipate a delivery date. I understand anticipating delivery dates can be challenging, but other gift sites use better language to communicate what to expect. For instance, “Expected delivery no later than…”. We can then anticipate it will be “AS LATE AS.” This is not the first delivery, gift service I have used.
I emailed their customer service team to express my frustration, because they shipped it out after 3pm on my selected, preferred delivery date. Only then did I receive a tracking number that revealed the delivery would be 1-2 days after. They essentially said it was entirely my fault for my selection and it had nothing to do with what was not clearly conveyed on their site.
I chose a “shipping date” because it was understood as the delivery date since the tab was side-by-side with “pick-up date.” I would have understood the phrase, “ship out,” and “2-day expected delivery.” Neither is these phrases were used, nor the mention of FedEx. Perhaps I shouldn’t have assumed, but they should at least acknowledge there was failure on their part as well. The representative—Daniellle—provided a screenshot. The screenshot did not convey any of the details she shared in the email.
I would have at least appreciated a real apology, not a, “I’m sorry you’re frustrated…”.
There are a number of competing macaron businesses emerging. No need to be loyal to a business who is not appreciative of their customers.
Best around. Try every flavor!
Great special, a glass of bubbles and a macaron of your choice for $5. The macarons are so pretty and so tasty you won't get just one.
This is my most favorite macaron place ever, including places in Paris. We moved from Washington a few years ago, but my husband goes back every so often for work. He recently came home with a pack of these for me and I was so excited. They were just as delicious as I remember! Definitely miss Lady Yum on the east coast!

This location of Lady Yum gets five stars for flavor, aesthetic, and service! I love when I meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and that is Jojo. She was knowledgable about the various eats, drinks, and pairings, very friendly, and so kind.
The shop is THE CUTEST. They have a whole section of curated little fun things: teas, jams, trinkets, drink mixers - great add ons if you want to make a little dessert gift!
The $5 all day happy hour lets you try a macaron and sip a glass of prosecco or rose. You'll be hooked and want to take home a whole pack! Be sure to try their seasonal flavors or you'll be sad when they rotate.
Lady Yum is a gem! The shop is stunning, the staff are super friendly, and the macarons are absolutely divine. Highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat!
Ausome taste
The people who work here are so kind and generous. We walked in and had the $5 bubbly deal with chips and a macaroon, absolutely delicious. Their brownies are different and fantastic as well. Highly recommend.
Love this place it's so cute!! Also JoJo is awesome she made our experience a wonderful one :)
