I haven't seen a restaurant have cochinitas pibil on their menu in years. This restaurant carries Cochinitas pibil and Birria! I love the food here. The service is fast and polite. I will come back and eat here every payday.
I haven't tried the non Mexican but the tacos and quesadillas are unreal, especially the birria. I've only found 2-3 places in WA with birria and this is the only one it's decent at.
Never would have thought of a Latin and Asian fusion combo would be so good. The Birria and Ramen was nice.The Burrito was super cheesy and had the ingredients spread through out the whole thing.Just found out about this truck and will be talking it up as much as I can.
