Have to give it 5 stars. Maybe it was sitting in the best seats outside overlooking the marina and lake, maybe such a beautiful day…. But our lamb sandwich for lunch was yummy, service was good, and our drinks tasted good too.

Had a fantastic breakfast at La Grand Bistro in Kirkland! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right touch of French charm. I ordered the Croque Madame and it was absolutely delicious—crispy, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Charles, our server, was outstanding—attentive, funny, and full of personality. He loved that we were from Ireland and made us feel right at home. We sat out on the terrace, which has an amazing view of the water—such a peaceful and beautiful spot to start the day. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic service and food. Be sure to get the lamb dip. It is exceptional.

Great service, beautiful views, solid food

This was my first time eating there. My wife and I met our son, daughter in law and grand daughter there for a late breakfast. The staff was so accommodating and the food was excellent. We went for a nice walk a long the waterfront afterwards. Everything was clean and nice. Would definitely go again!!

Not sure if something was off when I went there yesterday, but the food was definitely not as pictured here. I got the burger and it was burnt and as hard as a rock. The fries were soggy and sad. The bread pudding was as bland as wet bread. And the service was incredibly slow, it took over 30 mins after ordering to get the food. Only thing going for this place is the location and view in my opinion. Would probably only return for drinks, definitely not dinner.

What do you need more than a great French restaurant, with amazing dishes, breathtaking views and friendly, welcoming staff.

One of my favorite spots in Kirkland. The food execution is amazing, and the service is top-notch. The ambience is equally charming, providing a cozy and elegant atmosphere. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal! Oysters were delicious. Pricey but well worth it. Foccacia was amazing as well.

This institution continues to be the best restaurant (at an affordable price) in Kirkland. Amazing views, great service. Food is consistently great, with once in a while a dish that is too salty, but if you say so they will accommodate to your taste. Just one request: Bring back the chocolate mousse!
