The BEST restaurant in the area. The food was amazing, the bartender served the perfect Old Fashioned and the hostess and waitresses were incredible! Very attentive service and delicious food for a reasonable price. If you’re in the Lake Washington area, Le Grand is the place to eat and relax. The patio is a must for fresh air, a beautiful sunset and gazing at the grandiose yachts in the marina. Only in the area for a week but will be visiting for a third time tomorrow....
The waiter was excellent—attentive, friendly, and very careful about accommodating allergies in our group. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. We were given the wrong order twice and were overcharged for someone else’s plate. For the price, the food was mediocre at best. The highlight of the visit was the beautiful patio view on a sunny day.
As a Chef it can be disappointing to go out for a special occasion, to not have service or quality to the standard you demand of you own establishment.
I have thoroughly enjoyed every birthday here for the last four years.
