I e been coming to this location for some years now but recently the service has changed! So tonight it took them 19 minutes before the even acknowledged me! I ordered a pretzel pepperoni with extra pepperoni and like always I never get what I pay and ask for! And they don't ever give me a receipt or a smile! The pizza was slightly cold not warm or hot! It surely wasn't a pretzel pizza either. After working another 12 hour shift I didn't feel like going back inside their store since it seems like they don't like my kind!

Not one employee in their hat on a hairnet or gloves while touching uncooked food cooked food counter surfaces just so unsanitary, touching all the food with no gloves on I was highly disappointed

Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. All we got was a cheese pizza with barely any cheese or sauce. It was practically just bread. I'm so disappointed. Does anyone know how to make a pizza anymore?

I come lots of times here to eat pizza I always order vegetarian pizza like cheese pizza 8/5/25 today I come to eat same thing when I order cheese pizza I tell who's taking our food order he tow times I don't need any meat but when I go to pick my order this people give meat pizza I go to talk to Tham about our order they They are talking very rudely. And when I go to tell that person to call your manager? And when the manager also come the manager of the talk to me very rudely. I explain that my neighbor ordered me or nothing but he never listened to me and he's argued with me. I don't want to come back again on this place like a little Caesar pizza eyes. My heart is very nice company and nice toast. Pizza and everything, but I think your staff is never rude english very well. Do you have any issue with the ordering taking ordering? Or I don't know but it's very bad this time with me

Service and efficiency all depends on the time of day. I've been in later afternoon and can be out of the store within a few minutes, earlier in the day takes some waiting. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The prices have always been super reasonable. The parking lot can be frustrating especially with the different businesses located there.
Amazing pizza. Way better than the Little Caesars north of here. The employees were so polite and hard working, I really hope they get a raise.

Ordered a pizza and went in when pick up time was showing ready and the pizza was not even started! on, No offering a different pizza or even helping me get it faster, just a it has not even been touched! Over a damn hour and you can’t do your job and put a pizza in an oven???? I can get faster made food at a sit down restaurant. Stay away, this place is a joke!

Order took 20 mins for lunch and as I wat hed other come in and order after me and get orders before me, is discouragging, I got pixza puffs and crazy bread, not even a full pizza, when on a work lunch. Will pass on lunch here next time.
