Excellent, fresh boba tea. Staff so nice when I by accident ordered delivery and spazzed on how to cancel it through grub hub. It was my mistake but the manager called grub hub and helped solve my dilemma! And I truly enjoyed my brown sugar boba!

We were walking around Downtown Kirkland and we didn't know that Lollicup was here. We just happened to walk by and we wanted to have a sweet treat after lunch. They are very clean and their menu is nice and bright on their board above the ordering station. We ordered the Mango Smoothie, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and the Strawberry Sunburst Smoothie. My son had the mango smoothie and it was really nice. The mango flavor really came through and was really tasty. My husband's Brown Sugar Milk Tea was also really good. One of the better ones we have had so far. The Strawberry Smoothie was definitely my favorite. I think I may bring down the sweetness a little bit next time but it was so good I finished the whole thing myself. I'm definitely getting the Strawberry Sunburst again! This is definitely going to be one of our favorite bubble tea places we'll be frequenting. Highly recommend. As a side note, you may need to come a few times to figure out how much sweetest is perfect for you. As you perfect your sweetness levels, you'll find you will enjoy Lollicup more and more. Have fun!

We enjoyed our visit and ordered the Roasted Brown sugar boba milk tea and Lavender Flavored milk tea with boba. You can customize the sweetness level, we did 50% and that was a good level for the Lavender milk tea not so much for the brown sugar milk tea (recommend 100%). The service was great and friendly staff. They have 2 tables for dine in seating and a cute photo op wall towards the back. Overall great experience and good boba!For parking it’s limited street parking so had to walk a bit since there was no front parking.

Could this be the same Lollicup that I loved in Houston 15+ years ago?! It just might be! My boyfriend and I have been looking to settle on a "go-to" boba place on the East side so I brought up this place. The milk tea tasted just how I remembered it! I hope to come back whenever we are in Kirkland.

I already gave Lollicup Fresh a 5 star review a while ago, but my 7 yo daughter insisted that I update my review with another 5 star review after the experience she and her big sister had today. My two girls took an independent trip to Lollicup Fresh to pick up some orders for the whole family. On her way out, my 7 yo dropped the drink she was holding--my order of Tiger Stripes--and it spilled all over the floor. My daughter was so embarrassed and sad, but the staff were so kind to her, cleaned up the mess, and even replaced the drink. Thank you! What a great place with great people!

LOVE this place BUT don't ever order delivery.. ever. No issues with the drinks and food but just don't do delivery. Order arrived 1 hour after the delivery time they estimated, there's an additional service charge other than a delivery fee, no notice of delivery; app didn't update, no text, call, or even a doorbell ring. My waffles were tied in a plastic bag so they were soggy by the time they got here (almost 2 hours later) Just don't EVER ORDER DELIVERY,TERRIBLE. Tip, service fee AND delivery fee came out to half the price of the order and I didn't even get a doorbell ring after the additional hour ETA with soggy waffles. So sad because I love this place.

I got the Strawberry Sunrise and it was really good. The location is convenient in Downtown Kirkland. Definitely coming back for more treats.

Great service and delicious drinks! Our two fruity tea drinks came out to $12.56 including tip! We ordered the strawberry sunrise (sub aloe for rainbow jelly + add mint) and mango bliss. Both drinks were refreshing and I'd highly recommend either one. Adding the mint on the strawberry mint was a great idea as well :) Small note - The front door is unusually heavy so when I tried to enter I actually thought the place was closed. Thankfully it was wasn't! Parking was easy to find across the street and they do have a restroom that they're letting customers use as of April 2021.
