It’s rare that an establishment is bad enough for me to bother writing a review. I go to this restaurant several times per month and employees are so consistently rude that it’s shocking. No smile, no pleasantries, complete and utter lack of customer service skills, they need to be retrained, or corporate need to get involved with the store. The employees are rude in general, but they seem to be worse at night.

Fresh tasty good fast food.
Good friendly fast service unless there are lots of customers all ordering at the same time. Then the wait time is almost could go up 20 minutes. And all fast good service becomes Donkey service. You get the worst slowest rudest service.
It is a very thin line
Then fast service becomes , too slow , customers at the counter ignored for at least 30 minutes, or more . you see employees working, and moving fast, filling orders for drive thru windows customers, but not for customers waiting inside the restaurant at cashier. You will get disappointed.
Then all their excuses. We are busy.
But they would rather move fast to drive thru customers, than do any customers who is inside and standing in line for a while.
They will test your patience to more than the limit. So be warned.
And they forget all the other stuff that come with your main order. So please check your what you get before leaving .
Excellent deals in the app.

EXTREMELY RUDE NIGHT STAFF. I have done tons of DoorDash deliveries at from this location and others and never have been spoken to as rudely as the employee that takes your order at night. The tone and mannerisms of his speech while I was simply trying to pick up an order was as if I was wasting his time and I was some idiot that couldn’t take the hint.
$5 for a meal? Yes!!!

Stopped by the McDonald’s in Kirkland and found the space to be fairly large with plenty of seating options and a spacious parking lot, which made it easy to get in and out. There’s no playhouse area for kids, which might be a downside for families looking to linger. The tables were noticeably sticky, which took away from the overall cleanliness. Restrooms were accessible without a code, which was convenient, but the drinking fountain was only available for employees, which felt unnecessarily restricted. Overall, functional for a quick bite, but not the cleanest or most family-friendly McDonald’s.

I ordered with my app. I got what I ordered, it came hot. I bought breakfast at 7am and there were no scrappy people hanging around outside.

McDonald’s Has Become a Cold, Confusing Construction Site, with 5 huge orange cones inside .
I don’t normally write reviews like this, but today’s visit to McDonald’s was such a letdown, I couldn’t stay quiet.
Let me start with the obvious: there is no one taking orders anymore. You walk in, and instead of a warm “Hi, how can I help you?”, you’re greeted by a towering screens that looks like it belongs in a bank or a hospital waiting room. The layout? A confusing maze of buttons and options, buried menus, unnecessary steps—designed more like a software update than a lunch experience.
I counted five employees not behind the counter but packaging food . So not enough money to have register cashiers now , so let’s divert them to are where one 1 used to do that job . They were all scrambling behind the scenes—bagging food, shouting orders, bumping into each other, and clearly confused about who was doing what. It felt like watching a team that had just been thrown into the deep end without a manager.
There was zero organization. No leadership. No flow. Just chaos wrapped in paper bags.
The atmosphere? Cold. Mechanical. Depersonalized. It felt more like I was standing inside a construction zone in a foreign country than a place my kid used to love. And speaking of which—my 7-year-old looked up at me and said, “Papa… this place feels like it’s in a different country.”
That hit hard. Because he was right. Whatever McDonald’s used to be—it’s not that anymore

Just ordered from drive thru and the young Asian man taking payments at the second window was very rude. I had ordered a small shake without whipped cream and when he handed me one with whipped cream, I kindly told him that I had ordered it without. He straight up stared me in the eyes and rude asked “can you not have it with the whipped cream?” I can, but there is a reason I asked for it without. Very rude and disappointing, I get you’re a teen working in fast food, but I was kind and apologized and left without making a disturbance, but I am upset by the horrendous customer service. Expected more since it’s my local McDonald’s but I guess they hire anyone nowadays. Horrible customer service from that young man, won’t be getting far with an attitude like that at all.

Super slow.
Drive through wall scrapes many vehicles. Very poorly designed. Don't go through inner lane with a large vehicle.
