Terrible service. Ordered 20 minutes ahead, arrived, checked in, and waited another 30 minutes. Even called to ask where my order was - still ignored. Finally got it after wasting my time. Staff clearly doesn't care about customers
I normally don't give fast food restaurants reviews, but this McDonald's deserves it. We usually visit in the evening and the manager there is awesome. He has good energy and great service even when they are so busy and have rude customers raising their voices at them. My food is always hot and tastes good. We drive the extra few minutes and miles for this McDonald's vs the closer one.

Not a great experience. Placed an order via the app, but went in instead of through the drive through. Person at the register said that it was a drive through order and is preferred to pick it up there, but that he could change it. Unfortunately he didn't carry through on that, so a friend and I stood there for 20 minutes waiting until we finally talked to a manager who switched it and then got the order processed. It seems like an unnecessarily complex process to switch from a drive-thru or to store.

I know my partner already wrote a review but I have to write one more. We are not only disappointed in the food but particularly in the service. We bought a meal about $30 including a hot fudge sundae for $4. When we questioned the person at the pickup window why it’s like half a cup with the bottom filled with lots of air, he just blatantly answered “this is how they are today”, twice. I didn’t expect him to actually fix the problem, but I’m surprised he didn’t even bother to find an excuse. What a customer experience! We have ordered dozens of hot fudge sundae from a lot of mcdonald’s and this is the worst of them all. So yeah, this is how I leave reviews today.

We ordered the hot fudge sundae and the ice cream is so small, the bottom is empty and there is just 3/4 of the cup. We asked the staff and he said “it’s just the way it is now.” I ordered last week at another McDonald’s and I got the full cup of ice cream. We will go to another one next time.

I visited this McDonald’s early in the morning and initially had a positive experience with the two Sausage McMuffin I ordered and ate in-store; they were fresh and tasty. However, things took a serious turn when I ordered two more McMuffins and a hash brown to-go. Once home, which is only a 7 minute walk my wife bit into her McMuffin, and the edges were so hard that it cracked her tooth, causing her significant pain that actually made her cry. We’re now likely facing an emergency dentist visit, or potentially even an emergency room visit if we can’t get immediate dental care. Additionally, the second McMuffin and the hash brown were also very hard and appeared old and looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time.
I did call the McDonald’s right after this happened and spoke to the manager, who apologized and offered to replace the items free of charge.
I hope the management addresses these quality control issues to prevent this from happening again.

We had a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s in Kirkland today.
Cyrus greeted our family with such kindness and professionalism — his friendly attitude truly made our visit special.
The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, which made our meal even more enjoyable.
Thanks to Cyrus and the great team here, we’ll definitely keep coming back to this location.
Highly recommended for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I use the drive through nearly every weekday morning. I can just about guarantee when the manager isn’t working, my order will be wrong or missing items which I don’t know about until I get to work. When the manager is working, he makes sure you get everything. When not, you have to ask for utensils, straw, syrup etc. several times I have ordered hotcakes with sausage and the sausage is missing. I never know this unless I physically check before I leave the drive through. Got me again today. I won’t be going back.

Every time I come to this location, they always get something wrong with my order, but recently with the monopoly promo they’ve really been pissing me off about it. So when you order from the monopoly menu online there are participating burgers/sandwiches that earn you a monopoly peel tag.
Every… single… time… they never include the peel strip for the participating burger or food items, only on the fries/hashbrowns and large drinks. I know this because my favorite breakfast item is the sausage egg and cheese bagel, and I hate that it’s not, but it’s advertised that it’s not part of the monopoly menu and it’s whatever, but whenever I get a McGriddle meal for my wife, that sandwich earns you an extra peel sticker and right out of the bag, there is no evidence of a sticker being applied on the wrapping and nowhere else digging everywhere into my bag. I have seen other locations in the past myself where I’ve seen McDonald’s employees pocket these peel tabs and it wouldn’t surprise me that they’d do it here as well. I see it as unfair to anyone that wants to get every chance at getting a code, unless you’re the loser that mass buys McDonald’s food just for the codes and waste the food. I wish I could have a better experience wherever I order food from this location since it’s the closest one to me rather than it feeling like a gamble if all my food is going to be correct as to how I ordered it and expect it from ordering on the mobile app.

They're all out of pumpkin pie which is a bummer because it's so delicious but they'll make you some if you wait 12 minutes... They even hook me up with some cookies because of the wait...Allen was kind courteous and informative My lady even has a dairy allergy that just crept up because of pregnancy and they know exactly what has butter and everything you need to know to avoid milk products etc

Food took 20 min to get to me on a slow evening
Food was luke warm and I had to go to the counter instead of it coming to me because the employees neglected to put out the number tents
Only received 3 sauces for my nuggets which is annoying, because it's a small amount of sauce in the first place, so why be stingy with it
Soda fountain had a funky sign saying that refills are now an extra charge. Again, cheap food/drink getting upcharge is sad to see
Worst issue was the cleanliness. Table I was sitting at was right next to a huge water puddle that did not get addressed until 30 min after I had made my order, Meaning that still was there for longer than 30 min before someone from staff came to do their job.
Par for the course McDonald. I'd say shame on you, but it's just the way you have always been
