I recently visited the drive-thru at this McDonald's and placed an order for four people. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, which I didn’t realize until I had already driven off. This meant I had to turn around, go inside, and get it corrected—ultimately putting me 10 minutes behind schedule.
To their credit, the staff were apologetic and quickly fixed the mistake. However, I was surprised that there was no offer of a complimentary item or an extra sandwich as a goodwill gesture, which many other fast-food locations typically do when they make an error.
Overall, while the service was polite and the food was as expected, the mix-up and lack of a small customer service recovery gesture left room for improvement. Hopefully, more attention to order accuracy can prevent this from happening to others in the future.

I have always had a good experience ordering thru the app. Normally I place my order and they wait to prepare my food until I check in thru the app which tells them I am there in spot no whatever then they make the food and bring it out to me and it usually only takes a few mins and i go on my way a happy customer but the last time I placed an order they didn't wait they just made it right then so when i did as i usually do, head out to run a couple errands making McDonald's my last stop but when i got to the restaurant this time I didn't even have the option to check in and so i went inside to find my very cold food that had been sitting there for an hour or so and when i asked the manager why they didn't wait to make my food until i said i was there he told me that is never how it is done they always make it right when the order is placed which isnt true I have always been able to place an order and have it prepared hot and fresh when i got there sometimes even a few hours after placing my order but i guess now dont expect them to wait you need to wait until you are physically there at the restaurant and parked in one of the curbside pickup spots before you place your order. Hopefully they don't mind it if it takes me a while to work my way thru the app as i place what can sometimes be a rather large order for multiple people because I don't really have a choice unless I'm fine with cold food and watered down flat soda.

It's nice to have late hours, but in general, in the evening, it also appears to be the slowest most inefficient drive thru around! I could go twice or more times via any other local option while still waiting once in line to die at McDonald's. 😂
Two stars because those are for convenience when your very hungry. Nothing about McDonald's has ever been awesome or delicious. I mean seriously

Online it states 24 hours it’s one of the only “24” hour McDonalds left so I had to drive about 30 min to get here. Cars are parked here lights on people inside but the menu at the drive through is turned off. Not sure if they are just hanging out here to get paid but not actually do their job. It’s not hard to update hours on a Google listing owners should stop wasting customers time and give accurate hours the store will be open serving people food.
