Came here for 2 happy meals, got the boxes but no food. When the issue was pointed out to staff, waited 15min while other customers were served, before we just left. Called the McDonalds response line and have not heard back from the owner.

What happened to this place recently? The speed used to be good but gone much slower in the past month. Prepare for 20 minutes average wait time

Not sure if ownership or management changed, this place used to be great but the speed has gone downhill significantly, average wait time is like 15 minutes for a fastfood is unacceptable

This is the most disgusting, poorly ran McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of living near. It's always disgusting inside like they never clean. The service is slow. I waited an hour this morning at curbside only for me to have to go in because they didn't come out. They then responded oh we aren't doing breakfast anymore. this is my #1 spot for snacks when i’m crunk or after work when i want a happy meal, and they are always fast, accurate, very nice and the lady on the speaker pronounces my name correctly!! your employee ella is very very nice and complimented my glasses :) all in all, it’s a mcdonald’s lmao, but as far as mcdonald’s go this one is pretty great

Went through drive through to get my grandson a happy meal , asked to have the chicken nuggets well done . Guy very rudely kind of chuckled and said we can’t do that . I’ve had my chicken nuggets done well done lots of times .. reason being I’ve gotten not done raw frozen nuggets before. So I went home and tried to do the little survey on their reciept but if you don’t write something good that they want it doesn’t let you submit it ( what a joke ) this McDonalds is horrible !! Manger doesn’t seem to care if you complain and service has been bad last 3 times I’ve gone ! I will drive farther from now on if my grandson wants McDonald to go to a better nicer and better run McDonald’s then this horrible facility!!

Food runner needs to learn customer service. I ordered food. Waited at the counter for my food. Receipt in hand. The food runner went out of his way to avoid me. I said hey that’s my food. He asked order number 25 ? I said yes. He then walked away from me without even looking at my receipt, without handing me my food and asked me where the tent was. I don’t understand. What is wrong with me waiting for my order at the counter to verify everything is correct? I mean anybody could have the tent. I thought the receipt in my hand outweighed the tent in question. All this guy was worried about was avoiding me, the person that paid for the food, for the tent. The guy didn’t even grab the tent he harped on about just handed me my food and made a smart remark and walked away. Seemed like he hated his job. Very disappointed. I didn’t think it was a problem to verify my food to make sure it’s right before we get all the way to my seat.
