Make changes to timing for orders to be made faster for drivers. Drivers don't get paid enough to wait in line for orders. Your customers don't tip, and the app won't pay enough while putting drivers on a point system to take low pay orders. Which will end in drivers damaging your food. They paid better during covid.

Every time, the food gets worse. Someone has to pay more attention to its service. Please check the kitchen staff how they wrap the burgers. Everything is in a hurry. The burgers actually come out of the paper in the bag. Ketchup and mustard are almost missing from the burgers. Please address these issues immediately.

I know it was my choice, but I will Never do it again, after buying 2 Egg McMuffins for OVER $12! This was UNREAL. Was here for breakfast drive thru, but the guy at the cashier was very unfriendly and impatient, there are multiple McDonald’s in this area, I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Double check your order before leaving because the staff does not. They missed some items from my order, which I hadn’t realized until I already got home. When I called, they actually blamed me for it! They then told me to come back for the food that they missed. But they were so rude and short with their response that I did not want their food anymore.
