Food runner needs to learn customer service. I ordered food. Waited at the counter for my food. Receipt in hand. The food runner went out of his way to avoid me. I said hey that’s my food. He asked order number 25 ? I said yes. He then walked away from me without even looking at my receipt, without handing me my food and asked me where the tent was. I don’t understand. What is wrong with me waiting for my order at the counter to verify everything is correct? I mean anybody could have the tent. I thought the receipt in my hand outweighed the tent in question. All this guy was worried about was avoiding me, the person that paid for the food, for the tent. The guy didn’t even grab the tent he harped on about just handed me my food and made a smart remark and walked away. Seemed like he hated his job. Very disappointed. I didn’t think it was a problem to verify my food to make sure it’s right before we get all the way to my seat.

Was short on time with our kid, so thought McDonald’s would be a fast option. Waited 30 minutes for food to arrive. For the time and cost, I could’ve just gone to a real restaurant and had a better meal and service.

It's like most other McDonald's. This one is a little pricey, and gets backed up during peak times. They have only screwed up my order once. Order chicken nuggets and there is a good chance you will end up in one of the wait stalls.

This McDonalds is truly the worst McD’s I’ve ever been to! If McDonalds is standardized across franchises, this one is definitely a negative outlier. I have given this location a chance so many times because is so close to my house, but if I have the time, I would rather drive to a different location. No matter the time you go there, the service is always terrible. Drive thru employees will constantly forget paring items like sauces, napkins, straws and utensils, and act like if you were causing problems or extra work when asking them for it at the window. Management is also pretty bad, one time I ordered a McChicken AND IT CAME WITH NO CHICKEN PATTY! After going inside to tell the manager, he was very unapologetic and just asked the kitchen for another chicken sandwich very normally, as if this was nothing uncommon. I only come here due to the proximity to my house, but every time I have to, it’s a terrible experience and I have to double check their work and put up with their poor attitude and customer service.
Make changes to timing for orders to be made faster for drivers. Drivers don't get paid enough to wait in line for orders. Your customers don't tip, and the app won't pay enough while putting drivers on a point system to take low pay orders. Which will end in drivers damaging your food. They paid better during covid.

Every time, the food gets worse. Someone has to pay more attention to its service. Please check the kitchen staff how they wrap the burgers. Everything is in a hurry. The burgers actually come out of the paper in the bag. Ketchup and mustard are almost missing from the burgers. Please address these issues immediately.
