Worst mcdonalds I've been too! I keep going here because its close and easy while I'm working but I hate going here. Got to eat though. The staff is so rude!!!!!!!

I'm actually impressed. I've had the worst McDonald's experience of my life at this location just now. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two McDoubles two McChickens and a quarter pounder. When I got to the window they asked me if I was the one with the big order. I said I don't think so, but they asked me to pull to the drive-thru waiting parking spot. I waited there for 10 minutes until an employee came out who looked genuinely angry at me and kept saying KATERMEEORDER, KATERMEEORDER. I told him that I didn't know what he was saying but he just kept repeating that. Eventually I figured out he was saying "can you tell me what you ordered". I handed him my receipt but that wasn't good enough for him so I had to take a minute and think back what I exactly I had ordered. Once I recited my order to him like some sort of high school book report, he just handed me the bag and walked off. I live in Bellevue and go to McDonald's and get this order pretty regularly and never had a problem with getting it immediately at the drive-thru. If I knew I was going to spend 17 minutes and $15 for this order I would have just got teriyaki.

I love that they still have the playground. It's a favorite place to take the grandkids for a weekly after school treat..Kid-friendliness: The grandkids love the playground and meeting new friends

Went through the drive thru this evening, ordered an Oreo McFlurry and a Shamrock McFlurry. Couldn’t see the colors in the dark and waited till I got him to enjoy. Last Shamrock I got was green and tasted heavily off mint, this time, slightly darker no real flavor. Image attached, can you tell the difference? This is not the first time my order has been screwed up here.

Been here a handful of times over the years and it's McDonald's. I feel like we kinda know what we get here. I really only used the drive-thru.
I gave it 3 stars only because it was food. I don't think I will ever go back unless I can get breakfast.

Since when is it the drive through window lady jobs to judge whether u look like a criminal and ask if she can get a different bill because the way it looks that right there is saying just because the way I look I must be A criminal when I didn't do anything to deserve it need new workers that leave there personal feelings at home bad customers service
