HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – AVOID THIS LOCATION! I have been going to this McDonald's on 124th (in the Kingsgate Mall (12440 NE 144th St, Kirkland, WA 98034,) for years because of its convenience, but after what happened on 2/15/2025, I will likely never return and instead drive a little farther to the Woodinville location. I sent my mom to pick up a simple order of three breakfast sandwiches, and she came home in tears because of how horribly she was treated. The staff rudely denied our paid order, even though I had paid and received a confirmation on my phone. My mom, determined to straighten it out, went back to the store with my phone as proof—only to witness the same two older female employees screaming at another customer over an order mistake that was clearly the restaurant’s fault. Instead of apologizing or offering any kind of resolution, the rude and unprofessional 40–50-year-old worker with thin eyebrows glared at the customer and blamed the other customer for ordering "the wrong way," and refused to give her the hash brown. When my mom finally got their attention and showed proof of our order, they suddenly ‘found it’ and acted as if it had been misplaced because she walked in instead of using the drive-thru. That is ridiculous—especially considering that our food was sitting on the counter the entire time and it was pretty dead both times my mom was there. This kind of disrespectful, aggressive, and downright unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If this crew thinks McDonald's food is made of gold, they need a reality check. Customers should never be treated like this, and management needs to step in immediately. If you value decent service, do yourself a favor and take your business to the McDonald’s on 85th or in Woodinville. ZERO STARS if that were an option! MY MOM IS A SWEETHEART AND THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR MAKING HER CRY OVER $17.00 in breakfast food!

I live nearby and used to visit this location occasionally, as the staff were usually nice and friendly. However, after not coming here for a few months, my experience a couple of days ago was shocking and disappointing. We ordered two Happy Meals at the drive-thru and waited at the pickup window for about seven minutes with zero communication from the staff. Through the window, I saw four teenagers who looked more interested in goofing off than working—chatting, laughing, and one completely glued to his phone. They didn’t even bother to start preparing our meals until another car placed an order and pulled up behind us. To make it worse, after we finally got our meals and left, we found that they had forgotten our drinks... Very unprofessional and utterly careless!

My truck was parked in McDonalds park lot and someone hit my truck and left. Hit and run. So I asked the GM to look at the cameras and get me a license plate number. 2 hrs later I go back in to see what they found out, and the GM who barely spoke English showed me some cars turning around near my truck but didnt hit it. I guaranteed him my truck was hit while parked there in there lot and he said he would keep looking. 2 more hours I go back in and nobody knew what I was talking about, shift change, so I asked for the GM.... Oh he went home and said come back tmrw. I took a video of interviewing another worker that barely new English and was like, I don't know what to tell ya. My truck is my pride and joy. I take good care of it. No dents until that day and the guy that hit my truck, got away! Pisses me off. Food and service is as poor as their English. Highly don't suggest you go here. 👎👎

Ordered a Dr Pepper and a sweet tea got Diet Coke and unsweetened tea gross I can’t stand diet soda it’s so gross. Disgusting and disappointing. My nuggets were undercooked

Not only did my points get taken from me here I didn't even get what I actually ordered several times. I've gone here and this has happened. I also don't find this to be a good place to eat at, especially when everyone is treating it like their local clubhouse. I asked for my sandwich to be a certain way and it never is it's a simple request to nothing crazy and I always ember my please and thank you . I understand sometimes they are slammed but this has happened several times now. I might be willing to change my review if they reach out to fix this situation but I will no longer be eating at this McDonald's.

I don't understand these bad reviews! First off, I don't eat McDonald's or fast food in general but this is one of my autistic sons staples! Besides this I have never encountered 1 rude employee! They must love their job and treated well cuz it's not fake! I've worked retail my entire life! This is by far the BEST McDonald's I've been to regarding customer service! Something to be said for this young generation and being respected ever time you go there! Management is doing something right?

Please don't make Vanilla cone too small, now it costs $3.85, please train them to make it in right size! And please don't say out of printer ink, McDonald's is the biggest chain shop, we need receipt.
