It's fast, the times I've gone it's not full, there's no line, but you do have to check your order because once they gave me what I didn't ask for and I realized it when I got home.

Staff was extremely friendly! You can tell they CARE to be there. I'd go out of my way for this place. Clean restroom where everything works, is fully stocked is a super bonus to Doordashers as well!!Only a single minus point for totally dark parking lot, no lights to see from the building from the street, almost no feeling of protection in your car.

I'm not gonna post her name, I felt she wanted to be anonymous, but the night manager on Sun, Feb 18 deserves to be recognized. Thank you for treating me like a human and acknowledging that someone made a mistake! I hope there are no repercussions for anyone on duty that night, we ALL make mistakes and learn! The previous manager I have dealt with, (they) were extremely rude and heartless if there was ANY mistakes on (thier) watch. Again, no names.Thank you newish night manager. You earned a LONG time customer back!! Keep up the great work!

I usually dine in here while picking up my groceries at Safeway. I have received very fast service all the times, I mostly order burgers and sandwiches for which I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Food is good and warm most of the times. The seating area is decent sized.

They are incredibly slow and disorganized. It's a 10-15 minute wait for our food almost every time and they seem to ignore online orders completely in favor of people going through the drive through. Not a great experience, particularly with two hungry preschoolers.

My two Crispy Chicken sandwiches are actually two plain double cheeseburgers. Of course I didn't realize this until I got home and the manager can't refund me unless I drive all the way back. I despise writing bad reviews for fast food places because the bar is already so low, but when they can't even help to refund you and make right of *their* mistake, that deserves a call out. Super disappointing.
