We have been eating here for many years. Just today 2/23/26 I noticed my receipt has a 3.85% merchant fee included. I would have appreciated being told about this prior to my purchase. If it’s due touring a credit card I could have paid cash. I will have to pay attention to restaurants charging this in Kirkland, WA now. The food is good but maybe we will look for places that don’t charge extra fees.

Mediterranean Kitchen was absolutely delicious. The spices were used beautifully — everything tasted vibrant and fresh. The chicken portion was generous, the salad crisp and bright, and the pita bread as authentic as it gets. The flavors really sang.
I’m giving it 4.5 stars only because I prefer my chicken served hotter — it could have used a bit more heat. Otherwise, the experience was excellent. Service was very friendly and fast, exactly what you hope for from a great neighborhood spot.
This Mediterranean kitchen is a true gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care—perfectly seasoned meats, delicious sides, and everything tasted authentic and comforting at the same time. The restaurant itself had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience even better.
What really stood out, though, was the service. One of the workers, a very sweet teenage boy, was incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive. His positive attitude and genuine kindness made us feel especially welcome and added a personal touch that you don’t find everywhere. It’s clear the team here takes pride in both their food and their customer service.
Highly recommend this place for anyone craving amazing Mediterranean food and a genuinely pleasant dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
