Constantly randomly closed, out of ingredients. Probably the most poorly run Menchies in the state. 95 degrees, wanted some frozen yogurt with the kids....randomly closed....again. Terribly run store.
Place charged us $10 for a cup frozan yogurt, i sure would never come here again and decide i should warn you as well.
Standard tasty fro yo, but parking is very tight.
Love the cake batter flavor, my friend always comes here and gets it cause I believe it’s daily free. Thank you Menchie’s!
i am so so mad i came to this menchies hoping for the brownies they are the perfect thing to top off my ice cream and i made sure i didn’t put enough toppings so i had room for it and guess what? THEY ARE GONE. GONE! this is so unprofessional and bad i used to come here all the time but now i will be going to a NEW menchies! that’s right, i’m replacing you. so congratulations! you just lost a coutumer and ruined my day. next time put on your website that you are out of the best topping so that other poor little kids like me don’t get their days ruined. your spoons say, “cake my day” but there more like BREAK MY DAY. ????????
Love the froyo but sometimes options can be limited.
Very limited options (more than half the flavors were out) and to get the chocolate flavor we had to spend about 10 min pressing it (suppppper slow). The only reason we didn’t just give up was that we got there with our two small kids and they would have been very disappointed.
Rude staff... apparently is only nice and helpful with yt ppl
This is the worst Menchies location I've ever visited. They have absolutely no understanding what customer service is. The employees could care less if your there or not. Menchies corporate office really needs to take a look at this location and the employees.
Make sure you only try 2-3 flavors and very less toppings at a time. If you go overboard, you might not taste anything . I liked the taste of the frozen yogurt but the jelly beans seemed expired or old as they were not chewy - they were plasticy! Also the girl in the reception area was on her phone the entire time and did not greet us at all. She was probably just missing an outdoorsy sunny Saturday

They found my purse and kept it safe for me to come pick it up! Thanks!
This is what you'd expect for any Menchie's. Frozen yogurt, toppings, etcFor COVID, they ask that you:1. Disinfect with hand sanitizer upon entering the store2. Social distance (marks on the ground to indicate where to stand)3. Use gloves while interacting with the yogurt and toppings (provided, in a variety of sizes)4. Wear a mask unless sitting at a table eatingThese are great precautions when enforced but...Today, there was a customer there with her mask pulled down just sampling the various flavors and talking to the staff person and the staff person didn't attempt to enforce the rules at all, which was disheartening.
Good value! Lots of flavors to choose from. Have yet to encounter an empty dispenser, as well, so the staff does well with staying on top of that.Big selection of toppings, too, which is a plus. The chocolate, and the lemon yogurts are a personal favorite.Decor is nothing to get excited about, but we come for the frozen treats, not the decor.
Yummy, thanks for staying open a little late!
Always a fun treat! The employee doesn't stay at the counter when their are customers and hides in the back once payment has been made which I feel is unprofessional and rude.
