The owner today was very friendly and nice. Never left a review to any business but this one has my heart. Truly a great experience and clean!

I've come twice in the last two weeks before 8pm and this location has been closed, despite advertising they are open until 8pm during the week. It is 7:40pm and the lights are off. Unbelievable

Most Menchie's are pretty reliable. This one is below our expectations. On the plus side it meets expectations for cleanliness and all flavors in stock. Nonetheless: * Topping quality. Brownies taste like they were made long ago and far away, or from the absolute cheapest mix available. Waffle cone bits were soggy, definitely not freshly baked. Took the joy out of our two favorite toppings. * Weird rules about putting toppings onto ice cream only after paying, so you can't put toppings on bottom or middle if that's your thing. (And that's what we like to do -- nicer mix that way.) * Bathroom broken or otherwise unavailable for customers. * Staff unfamiliar with the store's coupons, have to call their manager, take photo -- big delay, annoying. At least it was a cool day, so the froyo wasn't melting too quickly, but I have better things to do than wait around while manager gives instructions to cashier about which button to press to honor the coupon. There are three other Menchie's approximately as convenient to us, so after giving this location two chances, I expect that we'll take our business elsewhere.

This Menchie's is one of the few remaining yogurt shops in the Bellevue Kirkland area as far as I know. Tiny little shop but handles even a busy day pretty well, and with covid have moved from the big self-serve toppings trucks to small containers which seems a lot more sanitary anyway. The yogurt is tasty, the people who work there are typically friendly and nice, but shop itself maybe could be just a little bit cleaner but at the end of the day with tons of kids running around with sticky yogurt maybe it's a lot to ask. Glad they're still there. :-)

They're Yelp says open until 9pm but they close at 8! Winter hours are open later then summer when it's hot and stays lighter later. Makes no sense

Offers lots of flavors. The worker that I encountered when I was there was very friendly and for their toppings with code that they offer them in boxes that are pre-made. I would recommend for toppings popping boba and some of their fruits.

I wanted to get froyo tonight but there was a teenager inside who was checking out and wasn't wearing any kind of mask. Apparently the employees don't enforce mask policies, so I won't be coming here again.
I came here at noon on a Saturday, based on the hours posted on yelp, which was 12 noon opening. However they were closed. There's a sign on the window that says their winter hours or 3 PM to 8 PM. So definitely keep that in mind when you visit now. Also I came to order a birthday cake for my son, but apparently their printer is broken so they can't put a picture on the cake, as they normally would be able to. So if you want to do that, go to a different Menchie's. I ended up ordering a froyo cake for my son from the Bellevue location.

Standard yummy fro yo joint! Covid era- Aug 2020. Open with limit of 6 people in the store at a time. They offer gloves to wear in the store. All the sides are individually packed. Variety of flavors! Standard nice service with a smile. Plenty of parking.

I appreciated that they delivered to us and they were thoughtful and put the toppings in separate containers so it didn't get soggy. Froyo hit the spot and was not melted at all!

They updated the website to say which locations were open but didn't update the hours. Drove out here just to find a sign on the door stating that they don't open until 2 pm even though the site says 12. Waste of gas and time.
