The only pro to this place is they are fast and friendly. Their drinks don’t taste all that great and not really worth the price.I don’t like the fact that they only offer “ medium roast” and unable to pull ristretto shots. The drinks come out bitter tasting with their limited options. I don’t enjoy drinking burnt tasting lattes and mochas.

Love Mercury's, but last night around 10pm, I ordered a hot honey cardamon latte. Half way home I tasted it and realized they gave me a mocha (not my fav). It's a simple mistake, but not what I paid almost $8 for :(

My order was initially wrong and they were all talking amongst themselves. A lot of people in a very confusing work set up. They were not really interested in the customer at the window. Also very expensive. very long line and they still only had one side open.

Great Idea, absolutely horrific execution. I love mercuries coffee but this is gotta be the last location they could have chosen... it's tiny, no crosswalk, no parking on that side of the road that's not already claimed by another business and there's no drivethru. Mercuries, i love your coffee and pastries, your employee's are lovely, but this just ain't it... really really awful location choice... like... that bank of america down the road looks abandoned, could not be but ive not seen anything going on there, that would have been an order of magnitude better location than this one could ever have been.

THE STAFF STEALS & UNETHICAL!! AVOID!!
The staff STEALS from customers by ADDING THEIR OWN TIP BY CLICKING THE TIP BUTTON! My husband and I came here for the first time a while ago (& it bugged me enough to come back and write a review only now). He ordered a black coffee and we tapped our cc to pay. At the time, I did notice the staff clicking something on the screen and I thought it was weird. But he quickly walked off after so I didn’t even get a chance to ask for the receipt or anything. While waiting to get my drink, I asked my husband how much the coffee was again because the total I paid seemed more than what I thought it would be. When I went forward and picked up the coffee, I asked how much this cup would cost and the staff told me the price. It was confirmed that the precious guy had stolen from me at that point but there was a huge line & I was in a rush so I chose not to hold up the line.
Either way, the whole drive thru process with them coming to the car is very nerve wrecking if you’re doing it for the first time. They’re trying to pump as many customers out as possible so there was a sense of urgency (which is good) but not great for first time customers who don’t know your products. Also, because of the urgency they have stealing from customers for free tips in something they could do easily & no one would realize or until much later (or even notice!!). Not my first drive thru coffee experience but definitely my worst & last. You’ve been warned!!

Coffee is organic which is a plus. But overall it seems as if the coffee quality has gone down, or maybe its the individual making the coffee. Used to come here often but now I’ll just go somewhere else.
