Terrible service. My experience with them was really Terrible. I tried to get a coffee here, but they made me come around twice because they said they don’t serve in the lane I pulled in. But they did not close the lane and no information was displayed. Finally the they were so rude even when I placed my order. I just canceled it and left the place. I mean there were enough staff they could have served me in the other lane.

Drinks are as usual so delicious. But for late evening they should add some more guys because there’s always little long line. Need to wait more than regular. But the best of drive thru.

A few days ago, one of the girls who took my order added a tip herself! Didn't even say the total or have me sign, so I asked for the receipt when I drove up for the coffee and she added her own tip!

I used to be a regular customer and loved their coffee but in the past two days I have had terrible experiences. Yesterday they filled my 16 oz latte half full and today they handed me a cold 16oz latte that I had to come home and microwave. I will be taking a long break before returning.
