Look, quality-wise, you get what you expect. It's good pizza, and quality ingredients ir you'd have never gone there. Any negative reviews are from people who expect the staff to lick their boots because tipping went digital. I don't expect affirmation from the people who provide me quality sustenance, I just want them to appear satisfied with their job. I already KNOW the menu. I cook, and very WELL considering my family of 4 chefs and I'm the youngest kid. Eating out is not a social experiment. Tipping is GOOD. These kids in Kirkland have given me excellent pizza, and I've never detected the obvious impact that garbage customers have on the service industry in the process of instant gratification that IS quick, delicious food. That's FAST, but not "fast food". I have live right next door to Pagliacci in Kirkland. I'm a verrry efficient and experienced cook, and also KETO and carnivore as hell diet-wise, so I know them menu, ingredients and process.
It never fails me for a cheat meal, so that's in the corporate bag. My thing is n part accolade part confession (I hope my coach isn't reading this). The food us great. The cleanliness and presentation of the staff is always the sane, food handlers inspection would be proud af. I always get great customer service, to the point that I literally have to mentally justify cheat meals to go there, though I can spin a phenomenal dish in minutes. I'm posting because in this era, if nobody acknowledges people who put an effort in, than you kill a valuable part of motivation. Also I rarely feel confident in eating food at restaurants. These kids ate awesome, some of them have nice cars, but obviously earned via a work ethic, because they don't bow to Karens, but they do good honest hard work, and value their reputation. I live literally right next door to Pagliacci's and wk past every day, only getting a slice once a week at best, but I stop there mostly to tip and vote with my wallet, since I don't need the carbs. I will literally factor that in to my old man training routine. My confession is this: I discovered an abandoned small coffee table, leaving the pub, prior to entering the Pagliacci lot.
I don't need a coffee table, but when I passed the Pagliaccis little outdoor break area (bench), I thought: "maybe these badass ypung hard-working dudes would want a table next to this little bench".
I'm "confessing" this because if you don't need it, I'll come remove and trash it..

I just have to respect whatever you guys are doing, most of these kids seem happy, and drive nice cars, bravo. If you can't trust your stylist for the people who serve you food, YOU are the problem. I dread eating out (in restaurants), but I cheat on my diet at Pagliaccis, even though I make a MEAN pie, and it's because I'm sold on your overall methodology. Just on work ethics, professionality and end result. Great job everyone. I'd name names, bit I don't know them, and it's pretty much always consistent. I go to Pagliaccis because I vote with my f'n WALLET.

Pagliaccis is a gift from the gods. When I eat their pizza I think back at some of the happiest moments of my childhood as if all of life's adult problems cease to exist. I use their pizza as a form of escape. Any time I'm depressed thinking of how insane and chaotic the world has become I eat Pagliaccis and I feel better. I think if you're in the area you should indulge your soul with their delicious pizza. Also dat cream soda be good too. :P

The food and location is great. There is rarely a long line and the pizza comes out steaming hot. The dining room is clean and the music is on point! The missing star is only due to the fact that we waited about 5 or 10 minutes to be greeted and attended but was fantastic after. I'm sure it's because they were busy making pizzas though so I'm not too upset! Plus the pizza was delicious!

The pizza was BURNT. Overral I usually have a good time here but this time the jit guy was putting his hands in his pants before serving us. The bench didn’t have pillows all the way around and had a mysterious liquid.-Skibidi Ohio
