My spouse and I got some slices from here on 8/12/25 and we both got very sick after.

The cheese slices were fresh. It's pagliacci. Sad clown. Happy pizza.

They couldn't break my $100 bill which was annoying. $100 isn't that much money anymore. Gas and a couple slices and it's gone. They should have change.

We had a few slices after we walked in for a quick bite. It was good. The salad was awesome. Staff was great too. Good place for a quick bite or take out.

Ok, here are the facts, and you guys decided for yourself.

When ordering by phone: pagliacci uses a stupid phone service company because they are too lazy to take orders at the pizzeria! The phone service company says pagliacci requires credit card payment over the phone to order pizza. THAT IS STUPID and a waist of time to give some random company your credit card info..makes no sense at all. They ask for your full name, address, and credit info. Then they want to up sell you stupid menu items..waist of time.

When you buy a pie in the store, they don't take cash, yes, correct, these people don't take cash....lol. Kirkland must have a bunch of thieves who must be stealing pizza and napkins and red peppers after they rob the till clean. Again, it makes no sense to make things more inconvenient to the customer.

What about charging $5 a slice? Ghees c'mon. They act like screwing their customers is no biggie because they know you will keep getting ripped off because their pizza is super good..lol.

What about charging $35-$40 for a pie? A complete ripp-off for a tasty pizza seriously, yes customers are paying 50-100$ to eat here and those people must be rich or niave or maybe they really don't care because they act like spending that kind of money is ok for pizza?? Who knows.

At the end of the day, pagliacci has very good pizza that takes 20 min. Their pizza is cooked in a high-quality deck oven with a big foot logo on the box, but that doesn't justify the price they are charging for a whole pie. They can't blame the high cost tonrun a business because they make huge profits and they will tell you otherwise.

All this hassle for what??

Usually love their pizza... though the last four times we've ordered from them... we all had stomach problems

Great pizzas and convenient pick up! I also like that they always employ students giving them an opportunity to work and earn income.

Convenient to drop by and get a slice with the kid. Popular take out so it takes 40 minutes on average to get a pie ordered. So unless you call in advance to order or only want to eat the slices available, expect to wait. I've learned my lesson on the wait times and I'll only buy slices for quick eats.

Kid-friendliness: Quick for kids when they are hungry and cheese or pepperoni are their favorite by the slice. For a whole pie you can wait 30-40 minutes at dinner times
