Well, here’s a gold star for business excellence. As a regular customer, I placed my usual lunch order today, only to find out that instead of a reasonable delivery time, my pizza was scheduled for 4 PM. Because who doesn’t want their lunch at 4 in the afternoon? Called in, and apparently, they’ve got some anniversary event going on, so they just *forgot* to tell their actual customers they wouldn’t be delivering until then. Fantastic. Canceled.
But hey, maybe dinner would be a better idea. So I placed the same order again. Delivery time? Longer than usual, but sure, I waited. Time comes and goes, no pizza, no update. Called in, and here we go again—"We're behind because of our *free pizza* promotion." Brilliant. Sacrifice actual paying customers to woo in random people chasing free food. Another canceled order.
Top-notch strategy: alienate your loyal customers for a one-day marketing gimmick. Clap, clap, clap.

1130826 A group of people drove by here and bought something on the spot to take home for dinner. It cost about 17 minutes to make it to order. You can only pay by credit card and no cash is accepted. Although it is more expensive, it is delicious and worth it. Shen knocked it over at the door. Although we were told that it didn't matter because it didn't fall on the ground, the service staff still took the initiative to make a new one for us. Everyone praised it in unison. It was really an amazing service.

I'm from jersey, pizza is our thing. Gotta say Pagliacci nails it well. Amazing. Slightly pricey, but that's the times we're living in. Folks there are always kind, the atmosphere is always clean and the music is great. I always make sure to visit one of the Pagliaccis whenever I'm in town. BTW, you all have to set up a store in Renton, please ?
