Horrible customer service! A pizza place knows they are going to be slammed on Halloween. I expected it to be busy. After an hour & a half, they still couldn’t tell me how long until it was done. One girl kept saying it’s in oven, 15-20 mins then another kid comes & says he has no idea how long, meanwhile the manager is not doing anything, snapping at customers & no one seems to know what is going on.

I love this place, it's only 5 minutes from my house and the manager has the same name as me. Super upbeat man, very helpful and keeps a clean restaurant.

Not all pizzas from different branches taste the same, the one in Kirkland has a stronger sauce than the one in Sammamish, I like the flavor of the latter better.

I worked here as my first job at 16, in 2021. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. The manager and a few employees would make derogatory comments to me often; usually about my weight, or gender (female). I have heard the manager make negative comments about minorities, people of color and Jewish people, to be specific. This job proved to be extremely damaging to my self esteem, and I would not recommend working here to anyone. I would also advise against ordering the food as well, I have watched food be served after being dropped on the floor.
