First timer here. Tried their soft noodles. My feedback is that it is nice soft, but I got short and clumpy soft noodles. If you find a way to make the soft noodles to not clump, and also not be short to slurp, that would be perfect.
My rating is high still because customer service is nice and she didn't charge me extra for the super clumpy & short noodles without me having to ask. So I appreciate that .
Their broth is good. They have chilli oil. Next time I'll get regular noodles and I'm sure it'll taste amazing.
Also I am curious how natural the Thai tea is. Did you know if you use artificial Thai tea it can increase your chance of cancer? Like RED 40. Sunset Yellow FCF is used in fake Thai tea that gives it that orange color. Natural, homemade Thai tea with natural spices will give you a more brown color. Due to how pigmented and orange it is, I do suspect the Thai tea isn't naturally made. The Thai tea also isn't as flavorful as authentic thai tea. For these reasons, I don't feel too comfortable drinking the Thai tea. It doesn't taste terrible though but there's definitely room for improvement in that department.
In a perfect world I would wish you guys switch from fake Thai tea to authentic Thai tea 😩 but I'll come again and try the pho with regular noodles.

You can really tell the chef puts a lot of heart into every dish — and he also happens to be quite charming! 😉 Highly recommend this place for a comforting bowl of authentic Vietnamese phở.
