When a craving for pho, vermicelli, or spring rolls hits, my local answer is always Pho Mignon. It might not be a groundbreaking culinary destination, but what it lacks in flash, it makes up for in consistency and incredible service. The staff is always welcoming, and the food never disappoints. My absolute favorite is the #32 vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and egg rolls. It's the perfect combination of fresh and savory ingredients and always satisfies my craving.
Ordered too go for a pho with some custom items since I was feeling under weather.

I’ve been going here for years. Food is always fantastic and service is great and fast. I usually get to go but dining in is just as good when I want a fresh bowl of pho. Will continue coming here for years to come.
