The pizza hut site messed up and only 2/3rds of my order got submitted to this pizza hut (but it was able to deduct my hut rewards points). And it never sent me a confirmation email. There is also nothing in my order history on the website. Obviously their website is having issues. Then when only 2/3rds of my order showed up, and I called the pizza hut about it I just got blatantly called a liar on the phone by their employee, telling me how "i should be more careful next time and double check my order" then when i pointed that out, that the employee called me a liar the employee said "it was my manager that said you were a liar". Then when i told the employee how inappropriate that was to say to me, they slammed the phone back on the hook and hung up on me. When i called back, he admitted to hanging up on me! Amazing. Theres more to it than this, but i dont have time to elaborate it all here now. They have the call recordings. They should review them. Based on their actions tonight, both the manager and this employee should be fired for their conduct. I went to submit a complaint on pizza hut.com, and the chat terminated in the middle of my talking to the rep. Doubt I will ever hear anything back about this. I think I may be done ordering from pizza hut forever.

Sucks that dine in locations and the overall quality of ingredients has gone down from the early 2000's. I love the atmospheres that staff have and diversity you find in this pizzahut. It allows has the opportunity to see the make process of the pizzas. This location always has fresh dough and ingredients making the quality surpass other fast food locations.
Vegetarian options: This location follows new cutting board and equipment for cross contamination
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza limited, but available
Parking: Oasis fills the restaurant parking lot with inconsiderate customers.

Everyone here is so kind a nice my receipt shows y_and helped me so anyone working 12/26/24 at 8:21. They were really quick Great customer service from all the team that night. I messed up on my order online and they were all there to help me make it right made my day!

The young adult guy working behing the counter building pizzas was handling all aspects of the process un-gloved, which included hand spreading the cheese with no utencils. He repeatedly interacted with the two waiste cans located between the pizza oven and the food compartment cooler, which places the cans on the left side of the cooler, behind the register. He washed his hands a few times in between, but did move across and interacted with food prep area and food without washing hands repeatedly as well, and he register to assist one customer and returned to prep again without hand wash or gloving. He was 18-23 in aprox age, wearing black pizza hut polo with black pizza hut sleeveless vest, his black hair was buzzed close and tight to the start of a higher cut afro, or frizzed curly hair. The young gall that was working along side had no issue switching between gloved and ungloved as she navigated her tasks. So I am stuggling to see why he could not as well. We will be going else were next time. Which is kind of a bummer, because there are fewer and fewer to find Pizza Huts, and this crosses out this somewhat convenient location off our list.
As I believe our pizza was made by the younger gall, I believe ours to be ok. However I offer this location to have this above mentioned guy retake his food card cert at at the (foodworkercard . wa .gov), "Do it right Serve it Save." I have faith in a positive improvement.
And to the owner, I see that this is a consistant violation of food handling being reported to you! So you can skip the response about "we'd like to follow up with you further, please email us at (insert email address here)?" Because its clear that with all these reveiws about food handling and safety, you hold no one accountable, change nothing, and your message is just for face value image.

We went inside to pick up are pizza and the girl inside was on her phone no gloves after she was don’t texting I expected for her to go and was her hand before touching food but no just like that she went and just started touching the pizza and making them she didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves.

Careful with money this was a splurge. Pizza was expensive. Service was good. Pizza was just coming out of the oven and was still hot when I got it home. Best part came shortly after. Git a coupon for next Pizza free. Now that was worth it!
Let’s start with this… as soon as I walked in, I saw an employee making pizzas with bare hands with no gloves (box of gloves are right next to him). As he was preparing pizzas, he touched multiple surfaces and kept making pizzas without even washing his hands. Secondly, pizza has plain taste, no toppings were tasted except marinara sauce. Never coming back here again.
