Had to make two separate phone calls because the employee would put my friend on hold or just hang out , we have tried to make delivery order and never got the chance too. Not professional at all don't recommend delivery ordering from them.

I’m a door-dasher and I picked up an order for a customer. Upon delivery, both the customer and I both discovered that the employee gave me the wrong order without confirming it with me before I left. When I called this location to fix our mistake, I was rudely hung up on twice by the same guy. The place looks clean and I’m sure the food is great, but the customer service was awful. It’s not hard when you’re not busy to kindly handle an issue, we’re all human and make mistakes. Overall the staff ( at the time ) were very unprofessional and it seems to me they were just being lazy.

I miss the old pizza. Pizza is not like it was back when we could all sit down. With family and friends. Play.Video games in the arcade. The parents would sit with other friends and family. Laugh talk and drink beer together.Just like ALL the other pizza places, the GOOD pizza is gone for good.
What's the deal? I thought I would try Pizza Hut tonight, but the stores close to me have reviews in the 2 to 3 range. All appear to be owned by Emerald City Pizza, LLC. If one or two stores have low scores - that's one thing. But when ALL of them have low stores, there's obviously something bigger going on. I'll be going elsewhere. But don't worry, I'll check back once you get your scores up.

It's pizza. That's about as far as I can go. My delivery orders are always wrong. Either undercooked, overcooked,, very late, wrong items, or missing items. I don't think I've had an order where I felt it was perfect.
