I recently visited Pizzaiolo Wood Fired Pizza and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, including both the attendant and the manager, who made us feel welcome right from the start.

However, I was disappointed with the pizza itself. The dough was insipid and too thin, lacking the flavor and texture that I was hoping for. The toppings were also underwhelming—there was no salt, and they felt a bit dry. Given the price point, I expected much more in terms of quality and flavor.

Overall, while the service was excellent, the pizza did not meet my expectations. I hope they can improve their recipes, as I would love to see this place thrive!

The sauce was good, but too little cheese and the crust didn't taste fresh.

100% recommended, the pizza sauce is natural, the crust is crispy

What a great find for wood fired pizza. Saw it as a recommendation and enjoyed everything I tried. The tomato sauce is great and they have grana padano cheese featured on several of the pizzas. The bianco pizza was wonderful with nice sweetness from the onions and roasted garlic.

I’m a pizza guy, alright? I know my pizza. You can trust me when I say a pizza is good. My kids are named Caeser, John, and the one on the way is gonna be named Domino. But at this rate, I’m gonna rename them to Iolo, Wood, and Fire. Because Pizzaiolo is quite literally the best pizza I’ve had in America. And I’m a pizza aficionado so you best believe me when I say this pizza is good.

Their dough is amazing, every time we go here, the dough is perfect, the sauce is bomb. Even something is simple as a Margarita Pizza is perfection.

When I go to new pizza places, I judge them by the most simple pies, margarita, and pepperoni. And oh my dough, they are the best.

In all seriousness, love the staff here, love the food, love the atmosphere. I drive 30min from Seattle just to come here, this place is the best.

Too expensive.

Fantastic pizza, much better than most of the other local options, but they close super early for a pizza joint.

Their pesto chicken pizza is excellent!

The pizza is excellent here. A bit pricey for a pizza, however they make good pizzas with simple ingredients.

Loved the food, ordered a lage with a split of vegetarian and the sophia. The pizza tasted fresh, light. Best wood fired pizza on the east side.
